Both with engineered wood flooring and carpeting their crews did excellent work

Great experience with Worldwide Wholesale Coverings, for the second time. Last time it was laminate flooring for the living room, which I always get compliments on. Great price, durable, great look, cleans easy. This time it was carpet for my soon-to-arrive baby girl's bedroom. Flooring specialist Chester Miller was a pleasure to work with. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and did not pressure us but made the shopping process enjoyable and relaxed. We appreciated his input and care. The carpet came quickly and the installers did a great job. We love how the room looks - and we love how soft and comfortable the carpet is. At a very good price, we got the carpet, the padding, the room measurement, and the installation all included. We would definitely recommend Worldwide!

I wish you could give negative stars. We bought hardwood flooring from Worldwide through Costco. They came to our house for a sales call and met our two dogs. 3 months after installation, there are scratches all over the floor. They claim it's due to the dog traffic and we should have expected that. If they saw our dogs, maybe they should have recommended a different product. Our 20 year old engineered hardwood floors held up better then these are within a few short months. They do not stand behind what they promise. Multiple phone calls gone with no resolution. They told us they would look into what we could do to fix the scratches ourselves, and no follow up. Over $8,000 down the drain. Now we are seeing split boards. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I have used WWF when the kitchen was renovated. Kim helped me find the perfect floor to match my decor... I am very selective and I have searched many other flooring companies and could not find the perfect floor. The installation team showed up on time and did a great job, they finished in 1 day... the whole 1st floor.
I have recently met with Kim again and she helped me select a wood floor for my master bedroom and sitting rooms. Again, she helped me select the perfect floor and I am looking forward to the installation in late January.
Tip: Ask for Kim to help you, if she is not working, come back another day!

The carpet was short and they wanted to patch piece 3-4 pierces but even with that method was too short . There were no apologies . A staff of WW said she could not help me; she advised that I come back to the store and select a carpet in store. Only after asserting myself did WW do the right thing and got it installed.
There was also a rebate for the wood flooring which had expired ; I found out by going to the manufacturer directly . I went to my salesman Jeff and he said there was nothing he could do .

The matter was finally resolved after my writing a review of WW and on yelp .

I thought this was a one off . After reading other reviews on WW, my experience seems typical . I would caution anyone from working with WW even though WW did eventual make good . The added stress of having to deal with all the issues on top of the normal stress of this home improvement is just not worth it . Certainly there are other carpet stores with better customer service . I gave 2 stars only because WW did credit me for my lost rebate offer and eventually got my carpet installed prior to the holiday .

Worldwide Flooring did a great job and were very helpful in helping us choose a floor.

Second time buying from WWF. First time they sold me way too much carpet resulting in a lot left over and extra expense. This time I looked carefully at the layout and insisted they lay it out my way. Took multiple calls and another store visit, but saved me many hundreds of $$.

When we need carpet for a client we go right to Suzette Stoddard at Worldwide,she has years of experience and a wonderful design sense. She is on top of every job every step of the way and always has all the details at her finger tips. In addition, she is a pleasure to work with- her customer service is exemplary.
Her installers are the best, Monice just did a flawless job installing a 100% low pile wool wall to wall carpet which is difficult to do and involved carpeting multiple steps with landings and transitions to an elevator, closets and bathroom.
I am happy to give Worldwide a 5 star rating.

Service was the best , technicians were very helpful moving furniture. Cathy was professional and her advice was right on target with suggestions .

I had carpet and flooring installed in my home. The carpet installation went well without any problems.
The installation of the flooring was very disappointing. Customer service sent me a survey, which I completed and indicated my disappointment. The customer service rep Phil reached out to me and I explained to him my disappointment. He followed through on my concerns and all the nesseary corrections to my floor made. Phil made sure that I was completely satisfied. I am pleased with my carpet as well as my flooring. Their customer service is great.

The salesperson with whom we worked, Suzette was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in our section of products. She helped us make the smartest decision for our needs and preferences. She was honest, kind, polite and efficient. Made our decision making experience feel very supported and easy!

Very disappointed in customer service. I ordered a floor, and they calculated the area wrongly and sold me 20% more than needed (over and above the 20% excess for wasteage) They admitted the mistake-but refused to give any credit or reimbursement for the flooring even though it had not even left their warehouse since they said it was a SPECIAL Order from their distributor (delivered in 4 days so a stock item) . They made no effort to make an accommodation. I contacted the manufacturer who said it was Worldwide who owned the product and their policy not to reimburse.

Our salesperson was Janice. She was instrumental in every part of the process. What really impressed us was when we had an issue during the installation. We notified Janice immediately, and once again she followed through, taking ownership of the issue and putting forth a strong effort to rectify it. She is fantastic and we will be going back to her for all of our flooring needs in the future.
