I am a Landlord. Worldwide has just carpeted my 7th apartment. Because of their great pricing, I can upgrade my carpet choices to something better than usually found in a rental units. I get a better quality tenant that way.
Besides prices, Worldwide has their act together in measuring, scheduling, and installing. It's all very intentional. Their installers have all been very good at what they do. It's a great comfort knowing Worldwide is there when I need them - and I don't have to worry about ANTHING!

I had my carpet installed 2 weeks ago. The guys were great. So professional. They moved my furniture out of the room and carefully placed it back where it should go. The carpet was a great bargain and installers were terrific. I only buy from Worldwide.

We had a very good experience, especially with the tile installers. They were absolutely terrific, fast and artistic too. They did a beautiful job with as little disruption to our household as possible. This was a master bath tile renovation. I took away one star, not for the installers but because we had a couple of snags with the heat mat for the floor. They never checked voltage with us, so instead of 120v which would have been a simple job, we got 240v and needed special work done to hook up the mat to the electric. Also, the wrong mat was ordered initially, which held up the job a day while they got the right one. But, the store worked fast and corrected the problem quickly and efficiently. I always expect issues to come up with these renovations, so all was well in the end. We love the work they did and the price was very, very reasonable! Would definitely recommend to a friend!

The wood installation was great. Single guy worked fast and was efficient. Now, regarding my tiling installation (5/26/18), the work itself was well done but the language barrier was a slight issue. I was only able to communicate with one, the others I could not. I want to communicate with all who are partaking on my project should in case one isn't available or out for lunch. Another thing, one of the guys opened my backdoor to do the flooring in that area...the knob put a slight hole in my wall...where the knob meets the wall. The hole was not there prior to installation. Other than that , like I said the work was well done.

Aramis was great. I had seen a piece of LVP at another location and they told me the company went out of business. Armais checked it out and he could get it no problem. The floor looks awsome so we also bought carpet from worldwide flooring and that looks great to.

Unbelievable! Everything went better than perfect. From the sales experience to the completed job. The craftsmen who did the job were true artisans. The store displays were extremely helpful as well as were the sales staff and management. I would never even consider going anywhere else for flooring after this. By the way, we originally had contracted with Empire (as you can see from one of my prior reviews). That did not work out at all. I am so glad we tried Worldwide.

Installers did a good job and the Salesman was informed and professional.

From the sale staff to the installers it was hard to find anything to complain about. The sales person listen to us and even gave us ideas on The best product for our situation. The installers were fabulous from taking their time on the installation to making sure everything was what we had in mind. I would recommend everyone to go and check it out for yourselves you will not be disappointed.

The installation technicians worked a 12 hour day to get the project completed within a day. They worked very hard and took pride in their work.
Our salesman was very knowledgeable with the large variety of products that Worldwide had to offer.

Great pricing and service from sales to installation. I am a repeat customer and this is my "go to" first stop for flooring.

We purchased an area rug that was much too large and heavy to take home. We paid a reasonable delivery fee that included setting up the rug. The folks that arrived were great. Diego and his helper were prompt, efficient and extremely helpful. we couldn't be more pleased.
