I’ve used this company for a number of years and fortunately haven’t had to claim until this year. I have saved thousands of pounds in rental excess insurance that’s typically charged by the rental car companies. Buy insurance from an insurance company and rent a car from a rental car company!

Admittedly it took a while to work through the correct selections on the claim form for the sub insurer but once submitted, the claim amount (less excess) was in my bank account within 48 hours. No questions asked.

I highly recommend this product.

Sayazwan our agent was amazing and sorted the claim very easily they even went above and beyond to get extra documents from the car rental company that we were not sent in order to make sure the claim was sorted, easy to submit the claim and even easier to deal with the agents once submitted, was a pleasure and very grateful of Syazwans hard work!

Good staff, friendly contact. The website had a glitch not allowing payment but that was resolved by e-mail within 24 hours. Great.

This company always gives me plenty of notice with regards to renewal dates. Is not pushy about renewing straight away, as long as it is fine prior to the first rental. They are very efficient and if I ever have to phone them they are very supportive.
