Sharp practice by Worx
Bought a worx powershot gun only for £89.99,a week later you could buy complete kit for £89.99
Seems I’m hitting my head against a brick wall.cos Worx won’t do the easy thing and send me the battery and charger,I need to send back my powershot gun,which will be very expensive cos of its weight.
But worx policy won’t let them send me battery and charger as a sign of goodwill
Belstaff price matched their own product why can’t Worx match the contents of an offer posted a week after the powershot gun only at same price
Don’t buy from Worx just in case a better deal is in the pipeline
Pay a bit more and getter a better brand
Of the four Worx tools I purchased, two have been faulty. My first order of three tools was stolen in transit, which to be fair was not Worx's issue but it took numerous phone calls to get a replacement order sent. The hedge trimmer would not stay on and had to be returned. Awaiting the replacement. My lawn mower, on its third time out, started sounding like a bag of spanners, started smoking, and smelling awful. Not sure I want it replaced, I think I'm done with Worx as a brand.
Purchased a Worx Landroid WR216
Purchased a Worx Landroid WR216. I have had to work several times on the area being mowed to flatten it out further and to physically define boundaries because it can't manage even on easy slopes and it does not recognise boundaries as they claim. I also bought additional magnetic boundary strip which just does not work - the mower goes right over it. I asked for a refund/return but received no response. I would recommend only getting one if your lawn is very flat and you have a strimmer / other mower to cut the edges, as it also doesn't cut edges as they claim. All in all it's a disappointment and customer service is non existent.

The lance on my pressure washer was leaking. It was just out of warranty. I connected with Patrick who provided me with a solution. His communication was amazing, turning it around in less than 24 hrs. I love my pressure washer, it’s the best piece of kit I own.

I bought a strimmer with 2 batteries…
I bought a strimmer with 2 batteries and a Cubevac on its on.
The strimmer would not turn on. It just made a beeping noise.
I contacted Worx support (Ed Brunsden). First he didn't understand what country I was in and tried to fob me off, saying to contact a random man in Co Cork.
Then when I gave him the invoice (with all the info he already had), he told me to contact Amazon for a refund.
Then on my third attempt to get some basic help, I repeated the original query again and asked Ed to either address the query or raise a complaint and pass me on to someone willing to help.
I got a one line response saying it's probably broke and to contact Amazon.
Didn't even attempt to try and solve the problem.
Couldn't even be bothered to check what country I was in.
Possibly the worst customer service I've ever seen - as a result I'll never buy a Word product again.
Briefly considered keeping the hoover, but as I'd be returning the two batteries and the charger as well.
Neither Worx nor Amazon would ship a battery or charger to my address - this is despite the fact they already had shipped 2 batteries and a charger.
A total mess from start to finish. Never again.

I am unfortunately having a very bad experience with a Worx warranty claim. I have been kept waiting weeks for a replacement product. My in warranty faulty product was returned and received by Worx weeks ago. I have had assurances that a replacement will be sent out but nothing materialises other than more promises of how urgently they are dealing with my issue.

I bought a Worx lawnmower and strimmer about 5 years ago. Very happy with them. A part on the lawnmower control unit snapped and I was dreading having to replace or have an expensive repair. I emailed Worx and they were so helpful. Identified the part I needed and said they would send it free of charge. With so many companies forgetting about customers, I was really impressed by this service. Thank you Worx
Worx WX038 vacuum - DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM
Worx WX038 vacuum - avoid this at all costs; the unit functions well enough in 'short' mode, but when I added the longer tube I had two issues.
1. From the start, the beater head is so close to the floor that you can't effectively use it on anything but hard floors. Carpets are a distinct nono.
2. Recently, the unit has started cutting out after a few seconds use in 'long' mode. The battery is fully charged, the unit is properly cleaned out, the filter is clean.
I contacted customer services via the website during December and have had zero response. I think as long as your stuff works (and I have purchased several other items which so far, work fine), you're good. If you run into any product issues, you're goosed.
I'll hang onto the vac for workshop use in short mode. The long version is beyond useless. Very disappointed.
Fantastic , prompt customer service.
I own a hydroshot machine , its been a great tool and performed well. However like all things mechanical its subject to wear and tear. It no longer performs the same as when it was new . I e- mailed Works customer service requesting advice . I recieved a response from Patrick in tier 2 customer after sales the following day ,requesting further information about the machines performance . The outcome of our communications exceeded all my expectations and i will be purchasing further product from this company. Ecxellent good old fashioned customer service , as it used to be !

Bought a Worx Landroid WR155E robot mower 3 years ago, never been any trouble until it was just out of its 3 years guarantee , mower kept saying wire missing , checked what I could to no avail ! thought I would ring Worx on the off chance they would help ?although as I said it was just out of guarantee ? The guy I spoke to was Ollie , he diagnosed what he thought was the problem and said he would send me a replacement charging station free of charge, still didn’t work! Rang them again and explained it didn’t work still, to my amazement they then posted me a new power box supply free on charge.
I would just like to say this is a fantastic company to deal with & the customer service is unbelievably brilliant !
But also a big thank you to the members of staff I spoke to, who were so helpful ! Thank you Ollie , Patrick and Sean.

I own several Worx items and they’re great. However, they are poor a resolving customer issues. Quite simply I bought an item a few days before they launched Black Friday. I contacted them to see if they would honour the discount for me. They said they only do this if the price changes within 24 hours. Wow, that’s tight! So I have to return the item for a refund and then buy it again with the Black Friday discount. Seems like unnecessary hassle for both me and Worx, but the discount is too big to ignore. What a shame they can’t see how frustrating this is to a customer and simply sort it out.
Shameful response and customer service!
An initial call to Worx about one of their products I was looking to purchase was met with very limited patience or, seemingly, technical knowledge. I decided to do my own research. Giving Worx the benefit of the doubt I attempted to purchase from them at which point their website seem to be having issues. Thought I would be helpful and let Worx know that they had an issue by calling them. Worx didn't seem to be the slightest bit concerned they had an issue, or care any less that I wanted to purchase their products. I'm glad I didn't end up purchasing products from this company because I do not think their customer service would have been up to much at all should I have had a problem. I will stay well clear of this company and purchasing any of their products in future. Shameful response from you Worx (considering I need not have contacted you to tell you that you had a website issue and you might be losing sales) and dreadful customer service.

I ordered a small chainsaw on £30 off offer on two days delivery .Not knowing that their delivery co was not DPT but the dreadful Evri Just to mess things up even more Worx only put my postcode on the parcelFive emails from Evri to say they will deliver that day etc etc etc anyway last email ten days later they said they had lost it Later that morning I got Never again will I buy Worx products
