Thank you WoundCare Shop!

Thank you WoundCare Shop for carrying the specialty items that my doctor recommended but my local pharmacy refused to order. The website made the items easy to find, the prices are reasonable, and shipping was quick!

Follow up to my previous post...

I have placed an order for McKesson Level 1 masks in early Feb, and arranged my own transshipment and have finally received them yesterday. As Ryan mentioned, I thought I would be receiving Precept L1 masks but instead, to my surprise, I got some Cardinal Healthcare L1 that are in yellow.
Needless to say a L1 is a L1, and it is a relief to finally have them in my hands. Ryan, many thanks to you and your team for your efforts. I noticed that there's almost no masks for sale on your site anymore, so hopefully you are less busy now and can focus on protecting yourselves against the virus now.
I have upped it to a 4 star now. The missing star is for the lack of communication on which brand of mask will be substituted with.

I have received my masks finally

I have received my masks finally, thanks for wound care shop. Although the mask i ordered is different brand but i totally understand the situation. What could be done better is CS could reply customers email regarding the status and notifying on the change of brand, and the packing can be better with some plastic wrap before putting into the big box, since i saw some dust fell into my masks. thank you anyways.

Nice service. However, the masks might need to be destroyed...

i ordered 15 boxes of surgical masks on 04 Feb, now 10 boxes were received by two batches after one month of delivery . thanks a lot!

this review is not a complaint, just wanna share what i experienced:

the masks were received one month after my order was confirmed. however, i am afraid the masks were contaminated during delivery and need to be destroyed:

1) when i put on the mask, after around 15 minutes, i can clearly felt dust... my nose felt itchy and felt really not comfortable from deep inside of my throat, felt just like sore throat;
2) at the beginning, i puzzled about the situation. then i picked 4 pieces of masks from different boxes and tried repeatedly... i still feeling the same;
3) when i took off the mask, the uncomfortable feeling just gone after a while. when i tried another mask (not the surgical masks i am talking about right now), really no such weird feeling...
4) i am afraid it's my own problem, maybe i am allergy to the masks... then i asked three of my friends to try... they all felt the same...
5) I received 5 boxes by each batch, the masks were packed in a large carton box each time, they travelled from US to Japan then arrived my country… the carton box were either a bit broken with a hole (1st batch), or a bit tore during delivery (2nd batch);
6) when i opened the carton box, the boxes of the masks broken because there's nothing to seal the box, not even a tiny piece of adhesive tape, hence, most of the masks were scattered and fell out;
7) as long as the masks were in good shape, i really don't mind the aforesaid condition. actually the workmanship of the masks are quite nice, really comfortable and breathable, besides, the steel wire of the nose clip is hard enough to fit my nose. but they really caused discomfort to people’s respiratory system;
8) it's so sad i might need to destroy the masks if they were contaminated, although it's truly a waste during such a critical moment;
9) i will not ask for refund or any further action, i understand those surgical masks were searched by the colleagues of the Wound Care Shop so hard, the staff really provide nice and efficient service at all.

i just wanna share what i went through recently about purchasing surgical masks online from overseas. really no offend, just wanna know if anyone experienced like me.

thank you so much!

Disappointing experience

I have ordered some masks on their site and was given a tracking number. However, there are a few people who used the same delivery address as it was a warehouse. According to the person who signed the package with the given tracking number, it was not under my name.Therefore, I failed to receive the masks that I have ordered. It is unknown where my actual package is right now.

I sent them emails but got no reply at all. I really hope someone could follow my issue.

BIG THANK YOU to Wound Care Shop

This is an update of my previous review posted on 16 Feb. At that moment I have not yet received the masks.

Now I received all the masks I ordered. The masks are well packed and in good quality.

During the past month, I was really afraid of my orders being cancelled because the market price of the masks has grown dramatically. It is quite common that sellers cancelled mask orders and resell the masks at a higher price. Fortunately, unlike those sellers, Wound Care Shop is really trustworthy.

I would like to take this opportunity to say a BIG THANK YOU to Wound Care Shop for delivery of the masks to me. Really appreciated.

Hope everyone stay healthy.

Surgical masks switched to other brands

I understand that your company tries to provide surgical masks of equivalent grade, specs, and similar price, during such times of PPE shortage due to COVID-19 aka Wuhan Pneumonia epidemic.

My Medline and Molnlycke masks were mostly switched to the PremierPro brands 2450 and 2452; price difference per box is estimated to be within 5 USD, same ASTM level and the BFE/PFE is ±1%.

The effort is appreciated, however, as with other customer's review,
it would be even better if CS can email me for the change before I received the goods. It really caught me by surprise; not all customers would agree to such an unexpected arrangement though.

The parcel and masks arrived in Hong Kong in a month's time (ordered Feb 4, received Mar 6), in good condition.

Tracking number is available and worked throughout shipment.

Thank you for your arrangements and I hope there would be improvements in communication in the future.
