This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. I cancelled my subscription, yet they continue to bill me and charge my credit card without my consent. I am unable to remove my credit card information unless I provide a new one. There is no option for customer support over the phone; communication is limited to email, and all I receive in return is an unhelpful ticket number. This has been dragging on for months. I strongly advise you to avoid using WP ENGINE!

Rarely do I give 5 star reviews yet every experience I have had since I switched to WPE has been very good. Quick, correct, helpful, never condescending makes for an excellent tech support team. I've been in tech for over 40 years so when I have to call tech support you know it's something important. Thanks for being the right company for my clients!

ALWAYS HAVING PROBLEMS. Every time WP Engine pushes an update, something breaks. This time, their own MU Plugin update caused critical errors across my whole site business down for the entire evening.
Their own status page said: "We are currently seeing an increase in critical errors due to an update to our MU Plugin. Our engineering team is actively working to identify the issue and roll back any changes to resolve the issue."
To make it worse, they deployed the update all at once, without proper testing or gradual rollout, causing massive outages across 3 continents. I pay $90/month for peace of mind, not constant downtime. Completely unstable.

I had an issue with billing that it took longer than necessary to resolve but if finally did. Other than great service. The only reason I'm no longer using is my new developer uses a different service.

I had some technical issues with upgrading my WordPress version. Technical support understood my problems, helped out to diagnose the problem and then offered to run the updates for me. I was kept informed, dealt with quickly and all my issues were resolved. I find WPEngine's hosting solution to be very robust,the user interface is easy to use and the support is excellent. I highly recommend them.
