The program is a great Word clone. I've used it free for years. However, without any warning, this morning I found that all my current files are read only and I was hamstrung into purchasing the product. I do not do business this way, but because I have an international business and had several projects in progress with deadlines, I was forced to purchase the product or lose weeks of work. Horrible business practices!

u do not provide good service, everything takes a long time, and they don't have all the languages, and I haven't been reimbursed.

switch and bait! I was looking at a 2yr $39.98 deal and they charged for a much more expensive offer (2x the price with auto renewals - which I did not sign up for!). Within 10 min I cancelled subscription and now have been fighting to get credit issued. \buyer beware - dont buy WPS products. No C/S phone only email and no response.

I decided to take a two year subscription to WPS Pro. However I find that I have been charged also for an AI option. I have no recollection of seeking this option , as I already subscribe to another AI provider. I have tried to contact WPS support regarding a refund. I completed as far as I could see, all of the elements of the page. However when I pressed the send button, nothing happened . I tried several times and then gave up in frustration. WPS Office is a virus! I disabled autorun, but it still starts. It reconfigured the "default file" startup settings to suit its own needs, and when I change them back, it still reconfigures them for its own purposes. I disabled WPS services in Task Scheduler, but it still launches them, launches in the system tray, and shows you a banner about sale right on your desktop! I'm so sick of it. WPS Office made me buy Microsoft Office. .

If I sum up my 3 years of my experience using this software: Terrible. I'm only using it because it's installed on my work computer. But I am fed up with it. I'd rather use the original software suite from Microsoft or others. This software is extremely annoying. For example:

1) Every time you save a document, it ask you to upgrade
2) If you want to merge PDF, it only tell you the free account limitation when you attempt to merge files (max up to 5)
3) If you want to swich page location, it lets you switch it first and when you attempt to save it, it says it's a paid account feature (in apple it's already free)

And I have many similar frustrating experiences. Their word document doesn't format well, sometimes I have to copy the text to google docs and copy back to WPS to achieve a better looking format. They will have a long way to go if they want to achieve a better software experience.

This company looks like a scam! They lure you into paying for their services by stating the price for one month, but the cost turns out to be 12 times higher because they charge the annual fee from your card without your consent! They don't refund your money.

installed itself on its own and I couldn't take it off my task bar so I had to manually delete it off my computer. Im not even the person intdoing office work and stuff get out of my computer fam

They had to make everything premium why are u shoving down our throat every step don't download the worst

if i could give 0 stars, i would in a heartbeat. i have an antivirus made by them currently installed (which i should uninstall as well) and just because i have their subpar antivirus in my computer, they think they can just suddenly install their unwanted and useless office suite, which i absolutely don't want on my computer. i could be minding my business and suddenly wps office just installs itself out of nowhere. i never clicked install anywhere, i never said i want this app on my computer, and every time i delete the stupid app, it comes back like one of those exes that just can never seem to leave you alone. when i delete the app, there is a window that asks why i decided to delete. every time i tell them the same thing. it installs itself, like a virus, and its always with out my knowledge or consent. WPS, do you think if you just force your obsolescence onto random peoples computers, they'll accept you? they wont, it just makes you more annoying and clearly you don't read the feed back i have to constantly send when you ask me why i want to delete the app. you think you're being smart when you sneak onto my computer with out me knowing. you're not. you drive away potential customers this way with your foolish marketing tactics. i never want this app on my laptop again, and maybe actually listen to peoples feedback for once.

So I tried their free trial period and didnt feel that I was getting more or anything better than ex.
Microsoft so I wrote on the 20 of oct, thank you for 4 mins of trying you product. However I do not wish to become a customer and please just stop my free trial period now bc I will not become a customer so remove my name and card information from your system asap

On the 22 of oct. They send a mail that I only had One day left of my free trial period but I already send the a mail not accepting their membership and on the 23 of oct. i was standing at my vet doctor having emergency c- section on my cat who would die and her kittens if she dit not have that surgery. And then I didnt have enough money because wps had wiith drawn for 3 months of some AI thing 449 d.kr and ene year of membership 329. D.kr thats more than 110€
And they dont react or write back they just take your money and ignore you.

I used the trial period while testing different apps to translate a large pdf file to help a friend that needs this type of solution. WPS was the only one that worked, although saving the results was challenging. While I was testing the product the trial expired and I was charged for full annual subscription. I notified the support office immediately and they supported me to cancel the subscription without paying the annual fee.

Hello, no follow-up with their customers, I simply will not recommend their products, once the transaction is made they do not even respond to your emails., fortunately I paid for a month to experience the product, no more and once on my account I do not have access to the services that I purchased. I give the lowest rating and I do not recommend. I submitted a refund request immediately → No return. Zero service unfortunately.

Not everybody is tech savvy

I tried a free trial of WPS home, but found it wasn't for me, so I cancelled any further pyments. That was over a year ago. To my surprise, when checking my bank acc on Monday, I found that I'd been charged £33.49 for a subscription renewal. As I never had a subscrption in the first place, I cannot understand how they could take this money from me. I have tried their feedback page, and 2 emails to their support email, but haven't had an acknowledgement of receipt, let alone a reply. By taking this unauthorised withdrawal, I actually defaulted on a DD payment, so this has caused me grief and stress.

I had problems related to payment. They induced me to use an AI package, and changed me an extra value for that. I tried to unsubscribe and get my money back, they answered me, but they haven't refunded me until now.

I tried to view a file a client sent me and this programme just started installing itself on my computer. No question about whether I wanted it, no question about which drive to install on or whether I accept their terms and conditions, just forced itself upon my pc. It set up tasks in task scheduler, auto-run at start-up, pop-ups every 5 minutes asking me to upgrade and subscribe. You know what other programmes do this kind of thing...viruses and malware.

Avoid at all costs.

The main problem I have with WPS office is that everything includes AI now. There is no option not to have it either. Also nothing on this now is quick it is so long winded previously you had the icons on your dashboard click on the program you want and use it immediately, now you have to go into the main icon then click on word then you may be able to use the program. I find it so long winded now it is pathetic. Nothing quick and easy about WPS office any longer.
Even the older versions have AI included with them now. Not everyone likes AI so why does WPS make you have AI. That is so short sighting of them. They obviously believe that everyone likes AI well I don't the less I have to do with AI the better. AI is just making people lazy. Which is why I detest it.
