Samantha ! You were great . Samantha was our manager and is very knowledgeable . What ever I asked Samantha was on the ball and had the answer to hand . Her product knowledge is very good . Always able to contact her fairly quickly . A rarity these days . She filled me in on facts on underfloor heating that will help in the future . I tried a couple of other companies but only got half the answer as they didn’t know their product .A heating engineer recommended wunda and never looked back .

Incredible experience
Absolutely amazed with our recent experience dealing with Emily Andrews and the team at Wunda group. From receipt of our drawings Emily had our installation plan drawn up approved and our new underfloor heating system delivered to our home all this within 2 days. Will definitely be using Wunda and recommending them to clients in the future. Emily was an absolute joy to talk to, polite friendly and professional. A real hassle free experience.
Do a little bit of research first, to help them design your perfect UFH System
Our advice to anyone considering a Wunda Under Floor Heating system is to spend a little bit of time educating yourself before jumping in with both feet.
It's important to know and understand what it is you want and expect from an UFH system.
Do you need “zoning” or want “weather compensation”. Is the ability to monitor individual room temperatures necessary in your particular property?
You should also know some basic facts about your current boiler. ie. does it have “OpenTherm” and “Heat Modulation” technology? And are you planning to add a heat pump to the system in the future?
Unfortunately, we didn’t have any of this information at the point of approaching Wunda to help us design our UFH solution.
But this is where our review of Wunda really starts…
Once we had installed the system designed for us and began to understand how it worked with our boiler and property layout, we realised that what we had bought and paid for, wasn’t quite what we wanted (this was not Wunda’s fault).
So, after a few conversations with Wunda’s Technical Support team (Shout-Out to Luke and Sam!) We were able to simplify and perfect our own, bespoke UFH system.
Unfortunately, we also discovered that quite a few of the items we’d bought as part of the original system were no longer required. However, it was without any effort or argument that Joe (Luke and Sam’s Manager) stepped in and agreed to provide a refund on the unused items sold to us.
Not many companies would do that for their clients, and I was quite surprised to receive this generous offer.
Wunda stuck with us to the very end, to ensure they had a satisfied customer. Even if it meant “un-selling” some of their products.
And that’s what elevates a good company, into a great company.
We wholeheartedly recommend Wunda – Just do a little bit of your own UFH research first, so they can better design the right solution for you and your property.

Wunda - Poor system, poor customer service.
A third of my overboards were damaged during delivery. I notified Wunda right away but it was over a week before they got back to me. The Wundatherm Overfloor system is poor in general.
It was no surprise so many panels were damaged, as it is a very flimsy system and poor value for money. I was left with lots of broken panels and with foil curled up and stuck to itself. Lots of additional time wasted during fitting using broken boards in a way that the broken bits weren't occupied by pipe, and unpeeling the stuck foil back to its place. The underlay sheets they sold to go under wooden floor were also awful, as it wasn't ‘punched’ correctly, meaning the cut outs are still precariously in place and fall out when fitting. In a sterile environment ready for flooring to go down, this can cause big issues if those 3mm cut outs make it under the floor by accident. This issue was present on around a third of the sheets. A real pain. I also went for the premium smart controls, which I've had nothing but issues with in the last 6 months. Room stats going offline here there and everywhere, smart radiator stats continuously open, despite being off. The latter also need resetting once a month to make them even barely effective. They also didn't fit my existing radiator valves, so those needed to be changed too. Poor system, poor customer service.

This company is out to scam you
This company is out to scam you, they've designed a system to provide two quotes for each enquiry, one - more expensive, for the installer to provide to the customer, and another cheaper quote so that the installer can make some extra money. This is awful behaviour, I'm not sure if it's even legal. Beware

i had a nightmare with setting up the system until i rang up and got into touch with Shareen who not only help fix my problem but also carried on to help me step by step to start up the system, not to mention this was all done after hours after the problem ran out until gone 6pm when the technical support closes, she was friendly vry well knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me.
Excellent experience installing Wunda Rapid Response system
We went with Wunda because we read the reviews online and through forum posts and they definitely lived up to our expectations.
All our queries have been responded to within a day or so and their team was very patient whilst we made edits to the floor plan :) When our electrician needed some support installing the Smart Hub / Smart Connection Boxes he managed to get through straight away. All communications with Wunda have been "genuine" and they always followed through with any commitments made.
Delivery was fast - we didn't have to bank on having boxes and boxes of parts waiting to install - and all essential equipment was provided as standard.
The system was relatively easy to install - the pipes were hard work and took a bit of care to avoid kinking but all done successfully and, given we were complete amateurs, couldn't ask for much more (I would say you definitely need a router to do it properly). The plumbers who declined to install the Wunda system (having seen similar systems with "flimsier" pipe previously) were so impressed with the quality of the materials and the final setup that they took away the spare boxes and pipe we had left over to give it a try.
Now the system is working it is quiet and responsive - a great addition to our new heat pump.
I hadn't realised in advance how comprehensive the app is and we're having fun playing around with the options - including the "adaptive start" function.
The Wunda system is incredibly good value for money and hopefully more people are encouraged to choose this option.

I emailed Tech Support late one night to report a fault with my underfloor heating. The first thing the next day I received a reply from Luke with some advice which I followed up with a phone call. I spoke to another very helpful lady who suggested a few things and I eventually was pointed to check the 5amp fuse in the central receiver unit which has blown. I can honestly say that it’s really refreshing to have such prompt and efficient responses with great clear communication. Thank you WundaFloor tech support.
