Shocking non existent customer service. Tests never posted to me and they ignore all correspondence when asking for a refund. Fraudsters. Took my money quick enough though!

I would rate zero Star if only thats an option. This company never delivered my kit. I have messaged customer support and took ages to reply. Only replied saying its been delivered. There was only confirmation of my purchase but there was no email that it was dispatched or any tracking details which I brought up with the customer suport but never heard of them ever again no matter how many times I message them. This is a scam!

Awful experience. Paid for 3 tests in November, none arrived, still waiting for a refund.. it is now MARCH.

Absolute joke of a company, profiteering off the pandemic. Shameful.

Disgusting service, I paid for a lateral flow test that never arrived. (I had to pay another test from another company). I never received the post tracker of my order, they never answered to my emails and not even mentioning the several calls never went through as the inbox couldn't take more messages. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND! They might look convenient for the price but it's worth to pay more money to another company that actually PROVIDES you a service. For me is less than 0! I would be ashamed taking advantage of people who are giving you their trust and money so they can fly in this very unlucky historical period.

I haven't received the booking refernce number so im not able to take my tests

DO NOT USE! After completing the order form, I was forced to consent to companies in the US having access to my personal data, otherwise I'd have to start again with another company. I ordered the test the morning of my flight so they posted it the following day second class, meaning it arrived on day three. I was supposed to test by day two. Their website doesn't work so I couldn't register the test.
I've written to my MP suggesting this company be investigated for fraudulently profiting from the Covid pandemic.

Shocking service - I ordered a 2 day test for our arrival back home after visiting Australia for the 16th January and I’m still waiting!!! After numerous messages demanding either a refund or test packs -I’m still waiting. I just want what I paid for!!!

Never got the kit, they claimed I got it signed and delivered on a date I wasn't even in uk
Asked for a refund obviously and they refused saying they dispatch it and it was delivered and signed by me so obviously not their problem.
Wish I had seen the reviews before, is obviously some kind of scam

Awful service, hard to get in touch with as they don't answer to phone calls and hardly ever reply to emails. I ordered test kits on the 8th of January. No kits arrived neither they have refunded the price after sending several emails and complaints. Not recommended at all.

This organisation is acting in a fraudulent manner. It takes your money, does not deliver the advertised service and provides no means of redress. I am reporting them to the local Trading Standards Department

Booked for 2nd day test on 11 January 2022,but until now I didn't received. Its very bad customer service.

Following my experience with this company I posted the following to the Gov website.
"I have used alpha express testing advertised on the gov website, The company is shocking,wouldn't allow me to proceed on the live antigen test for Day 2 testing after recently returning from UK. I ended up going to an NHS walk in covid test centre the following day but it seems no-one is interested in my negative test result. Pathetic, not only stressful after a full days travelling but a complete bloody shambles. Take this company off you're website immediately. After all these rules made by the government can't even post to a website to show I'm fully complying."

Please avoid using this company. Although tests arrived on time and were relatively cheap, I couldn’t scan my test QR code on their system (trying various different devises). The next day they sent me a link to enter data manually- I uploaded photos of my passport and a selfie etc - later on I received an email from a random person that the company has breached data info as their website is not encrypted so all of the data is available for scammers to steal identities!!
I’ve emailed them (as I cannot call them) numerous times to ask them to contact me and explain. But no response. I’m trying to get them off the government website as it’s ridiculous for the government to support such fraudulent business!!!

I ordered the test and it tells me to log onto portal.001expertcovidtestinguk.com but as I have no username or password this is impossible and there is no option to register. So I have paid for a test i cannot take. Absolute rip off .

Avoid this company. I ordered two LFD test kits. Only one arrived. They don't answer calls or reply to emails.

Uk entry LFT did not arrive on time causing additional unnecessary confinement. Website is useless, doesn’t work with an iPhone, you’ve to agree to share your data with “America” and then they require you to scan your passport to some random. Useless and best avoided.

I’d ordered two tests before reading these reviews and got very nervous. I received no tracking info for delivery and no one responded to emails / calls…

But I’m happy to say they arrived on time and I had no issues at all. The trick to scanning the QR codes is to keep the camera very still for several seconds and it will clock it. The website is a bit clunky on an iPhone screen but doable. If you have patience you will succeed!

Yes there are a lot of instructions to follow and it’s quite tedious which I why think apt of people of struggling. Sadly you will receive zero customer support. All I can say is persevere!

Booked test before we left US as gov recommended. Test arrived. Couldn’t register it online, no one answered phone, email response, we’ll still waiting. Should have read the reviews. Pointless I guess asking for a refund. Don’t use them pay a little more and use a proper company with great customer service. Probably worse experience and worse company have encountered so far

Day2 tests are still not arrived after 2 days, no response from emails, phones are not lifting, looks very bad and waste of money and time. Dont know why Gov site is showing these providers
