Rubbish, the registration on line can take up to 2 hours if you're lucky/ if the website doesn't crash repeatedly. Absolutely useless. A real struggle to register your test meaning it is likely you'll be late in declaring you're free/not free of covid. Never to use again

Booked the test, which failed to arrive in time to allow me to take it on the second day of my return to the UK.
When test did arrive, four days after ordering it, the QR code would not work.
Was sent another code a day later that did not work either.
Have contacted 001AET, which takes some doing as no telephone/email address is listed on their website (phone messaging service doesn't work!) asking for my money back as they failed to provide the service they are advertising.
So far 001AET is refusing to repay me.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I received the goods on XX/XX/2021.
Under the above Regulations there is a 14-day cooling off period for any transaction/service bought either online or in person.
As such, under the above Regulations, I would like to cancel the order and ask you to confirm that you will not be claiming any payment.
Under the above Regulations no charges can be made for refunds/return of goods.
I would be happy to return the goods if you send me a prepaid, self-addressed envelope.
Alternatively, you can add the cost of carriage to my refund.
The refund must be issued within 14 days of me sending the goods back to you.
Please contact me within 7 days to arrange collection/return of the goods.

Has to be the worst testing company
Has to be the worst testing company. I would suggest using another testing service. Still waiting for day 2 test that where ordered a week ago. They tried to con us out of more money saying we would need to upgrade to a PCR test due to regulation changes despite us ordering and arriving before the regulation changes. If test had arrived on time this would not been an issue. I requested over email that the original order be sent, but have not heard anything since. Complete scammers.

From my experience, they appear to be using travel testing during a global pandemic purely for what appears to be profit and extortion. They have no intention of supporting the fight against covid, only in building profits.
After not delivering tests I contacted them to chase up on Day 4 (delivery was more than 2 days late). They cited incorrect government guidelines, attempting to get me to pay more for a different type of test that was not needed. Additionally, they only offered a refund minus £10 admin fee. Totally unacceptable given they incorrectly chose not to deliver the product.
Unfortunately, they also use multiple different websites, email address etc. I can only assume this is to get around negative reviews and complaints made via the government form.

I would give 0 star .. they are scammers I paid them for day 2-5 and never get the package, they gave me a track number that can’t be tracked. When I asked for refund no one reply back to my email and if you call them thousand times no one will answer and the voicemail is full. PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY AND LOSE YOUR MONEY

I purchased 3 PCR test on return from Spain 25th Sept 21, only 1 result recieved, i have tried to claim a refund and they just palm you off. Citizens advice told me they are in Breach of Contract. I have told them and want a refund but still nothing have spoken twice to them after they rang me as their number never answered. Told me to wait 10 working days for refunds but it has been over 6 weeks now. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I have chosen this company for my Day 2 test and posted my sample on 05 November 2021 and till today (16 November 2021) not received my results, what is the use of my Day 2 test. Home Office should take note of these delays by this company and remove from the authrised list

Avoid this company
My wife wrote a review previously and they supposed to send us the results shortly that was two days ago and yet we still haven't received anything. I wonder how long more should we wait to receive our results we dis and send the test on Monday and we are on Saturday now. Please whoever wants to purchase PCR do not buy from this company they have zero experience with zero customer services. What's funny is now someone will reply to this review and still won't sort my problem.

What a Scam of a company. Took my money and never got a reference number for me to submit for the UK passenger locator forum. Tried every number sent through to my email but its all fake.
A complete scam
I had to book a day 2 test, I came across this company on the governmental website (which has a lot of scam websites so take care) and the low price (£45), considering, was very appealing. I paid and they sent me a receipt with an order number, but I couldn't find the reference code, so I sent an email (might I comment that I sent the email during their office hours but I got a response the next day) but also the reference code that I later found was fake and after booking with another company and went into the country. I had ordered the at home package, which as you can probably can guess never arrived. So, to sum it up, DO NOT book with this company, it is a scam!
Extremely disappointing service
Extremely disappointing service. Please try to avoid in all cost. Bought a 2nd day PCR test, well in advance of my arrival. It is now 4 days after my arrival and still no sign of any delivery. Tried numerous times to call them with no success. Also sent them several emails, again with no response. Not sure if it is scam but with this awful service and reviews I'm seeing here, I don't know how they have been listed in passenger locator form as a potential source to provide PCR test.
Possible Scam
Same here. Ordered a 2nd day PCR and they sent a receipt with an invalid code. I tried to call them but it was just ringing. When you email them, their mailbox is full. What I did is I contacted my bank and disputed the charge. They sent me a temporary credit until the investigation is over. I filed a complaint from the proper authorities. You all should too as well so they can stop scamming people.
