Bought from these scammers and thieves broken scanner that took ages to arrange to return, after their issued tracking number to return that broken garbage scanner - 3SLFVZ738822869. Month since return of broken waste item no refund yet received. Please police take action about these scumbags.

Don't buy anything off them. The minute there is a problem it takes forever to get it resolved. Their own brand cartridges are problematic. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I had an issue with their own brand cartridges, not only they responded super fast, but they also provided a quick and easy way to replace the problematic cartridge quickly. I just received the delivery, and in the box I found an apology note and a small gift. It is not the amount, but the gesture that makes a great customer experience. Thanks, this is how loyalty is won.

Worst buying experience and customer service. Bought a value pack ink for canon printer, paid 4.95 for deliver which was supoosed to come in one day, 4 days later DHL still shows ‘ delivery interrupted’ due to problems, I contacted them to reimburse the money so that I buy somewhere else and they tell me they need to first receive the product back to reimburse. So practically do not give a ‘damn’! Never again!

Received an ofiginal canon toner without canon box. Toner is defective. Difficult return process and no return of money. I’m given a credit note for ordering at them but I’m already done with 123.

I had an issue with my order from 1.5 years back. Questionable issue, considering the timeline.
123inkt pro-actively asked me to share more information and worked with me to find a good solution.
They turned around an unhappy customer into a very happy one. Kudos for amazing customer service!

I spend around 20 minutes to choose the items and fill all the info for the sending. Eventhough there is no space on the adress page to add street and the city name the system demands me to fill the city and the street name and doesn't allow me to confirm the purchase :D
Scammer look-alike website which just wastes people their time.

I ordered inkcartridges for my HP printer on Monday 5 Dec. On Tuesday 6 Dec I received an email that the package was shipped. A day later an email arrived, apologizing that there was a delay. On Friday 8 Dec, after having sent an email to 123Ink, I was told that it would be delivered Monday 11 Dec. During the morning of 11 Dec a standard email arrived from 123Ink that the shipment was delayed again. Totally unacceptable !

Luckily I subsequently received a new package, free of charge and the offer to have any new shipment free of handling cost !

i was hesitating between two printers, then i ordered...only to realize that i got confused & ordered the wrong printer. it was saturday early morning; i sent an email to the service client asking to change the order, then i've got an answer on saturday 17:00 (even though they were supposed to be closed), and they agreed to send me the printer of my choice instead! which i received on monday morning: very good service, thanks !

I don't know about the physical shop, but the online one is a complete mess! There is not a minimal of organization. I ordered a printer that (after paying) I was informed would be available only 3+ months later (!) I asked for an alternative (which they confirmed they had on stock), I paid the difference and next day they informed me that it was out of stock. When refunding they first refunded only the first amount and not the extra payment I did. My advice is to avoid this mess and find an alternative shop.

poor product quality of 123inkt home brand

we had several problems before, mostly on our Brother printers, but lately one after the other laser printer toner leaks. the support is adequate, but not customer friendly. they are pretty arrogant.

concerning the reply from 123inkt.nl below: when it is 1 on 1 on the phone, the reply is customer unfriendly. when placing the review on the internet, proactive response is suddenly an option. makes a person wonder.
