Excellent customer service! My toner had 26% capacity left, but didn't print very well anymore. They replaced it free of charge! I only phoned them to ask for technical support, wanting to know if I should replace the toner or the entire printer. I was very pleasantly surprised when the problem was solved for me! When the day comes that my printer does need replacing, I know where I'll be buying it!

Poor customer service, printer was delivered and didn't function well out of the box. They wanted to put me in a whole process that would mean I won't have a printer for another week. Just returned it, hope I get back my money. Willing to change the rating if solved correctly. What a waste of time if you get delivered defective products, its their responsibility - not mine.

I had a very good experience while purchasing an ink cartridge from 123inkt.nl for my cannon pixma. The price was lower than others and the cartridge is working perfect. They also sent me a return bag for returning my old empty cartridge for it's environmental friendly disposal, which is much appreciated.

Ordered a printer with them - well designed web shop, swift payment, delivery was very short indeed plus they tossed in some gadgets (pen, notepad). Nice touch! Are they the cheapest? No, but close. Well enough to pick them as opposed to cheapest there is with weeks for delivey and no respnse.

I have been a customer for a couple of years now and have never been dissapointed. Their customer service is one of the best I have ever experienced. I have recently had an issue with a cardridge that didn't work properly and without any further questions they sent me a new one. Search no further and place your order here!

Never believe their publicity, they assume to give 10% reductions but they don't also they don't take back the goods within legal terms.

Absolutely not easy in returns.

We made a mistake order and only opened the package by cutting the transparent tape, the customer service is clearly only trying to refund 75% or less with the excuses that the packaging is damaged. After the 4th e-mail i have decided to leave this negative feedback.

We have been client for over 3 years, but we are not used to this kind of service.

I would advise to google another player that is either cheaper or has a better customer care.

Reply to 123inkt: I have e-mailed already 4 times. It is a waste of time. First I have to write a negative review before getting a pro-active reaction. Sadly your want to avoid full refunds, even if this is protected by law.

Full professionalism

Worst customer service experience. No refunds or do not accept returns of cartridges. Wasting money and time. Do not buy from this company!!!
