Nice stuff, and quick delivery

I bought a set of 4 "Home brand" YCB-black toner cartridges for my Brother laser printer. Two of them I installed last year when the old ones became empty. The third one was not recognised by the printer. I asked the service desk for help. They sent me instructions to do some reset and see if that would help. But it didn't. Because the product was under warranty, they sent a new cartridge which I received today, along with a small bottle of wine to make up for the inconvenience. I have never experienced something like that with other companies! Big thumbs up for 123inkt.nl.
By the way: the new cartridge worked.

The pens that you get as a gift is always welcome! Especially if you are like me and keep losing all your pens!

Really happy with how fast it was sent and the great packaging. I was contacted afterwards personally to ask me if everything was good with the order, very appreciated!

I was looking for the best price on Parker Stainless Steel Jotter Ballpoint pens and 123inkt were cheapest. However I found ballpoint pen + Propelling Pencil sets were only €3 euro more than the pen. A Stainless Steel pencil for €3? Got one for myself and solved a few Christmas Present problems. Delivery was next day as promised. 123inkt also threw in a couple of freebies; a roll of sellotape and a couple of 123inkt pens. Not sure about the logic of giving free pens to someone who just bought pens but thanks anyway.

Website is clear and made it easy to understand the alternatives. Prices were very good, delivery was extremely fast, and I got exactly what I wanted.

The item I bought was delivered on time and safely packaged.

I am running a busy online company and do a lot of orders online, and I have never experienced a company making more mess out of one order than in this case!
I ordered 2 printers (which I needed urgently) and some extra office equipment.
The office items were sent quick, but the printers came only after 10 days and after 2 phone calls to ask their whereabouts, and in both cases the friendly persons on the phone say they it will surely be sent next day and that they do not understand why it is stuck and not sent. In meantime I got ONE MORE BOX of the earlier sent office items, but being a honest person I returned them with the postman after advice from customer support.

With the shipping of the 2 printers after 10 days they created new invoice numbers, quite confusing, which also made issues later in this long story.

1 printer did not work well, also after help from customer support HP, so I wanted to send both the printer and the printer-equipment back, which I did according to the instructions.

From here all started to go wrong. Newly created invoices got added to the order, wrong credit notes were created twice (one time it was too much and made them aware of it (again, being honest), phone calls and emails back and forth trying to explain that the numbers were not adding up, I wanted simply to be refunded the returns and that what I had paid would only be the value of the office goods which I kept.

From 1 initial invoice I ended up with getting 3 invoices (of which one was a new invoice for the kept office items I had paid for already, and for which they threatened with incasso because I refused to pay again!), and 5 different creditnotes, all in different variations of numbers. A nightmare for anyone keeping an organised administration!

I made for them several times a neat overview of my initial payment and value of returned goods vs kept goods, but it was like talking to a wall, nobody seemed to look at the numbers to admit own mistakes.

I ended up, after a lot of arguing, to get refunded only €223.60 instead €335 which was the value of the returned goods (initially I was offered €90.60 refund).

I gave up the case after a lot of wasted time and energy, very frustrating!
They lost a customer as I never will buy from this company again, and I will also try to warn other people not to!! This is a classic example of terrible customer service in a friendly disguise.

My former colleague ordered article 99015 which are labels for the Dymo 450. They did not work. The Dymo kept saying that no labels were present. It works fine with original Dymo labels I found out. It took me several hours to find out that the cause was the labels and not the printer or my lack of experience with this printer.

Ordered ink cartridges on 123inkt.be on monday, at 18h59. Site mentions 'order before midnight, ink delivered next day'
3 days later, on thursday at noon, still not arrived. Contacted support this morning around 8:30. No answer.
Tracking indicates package was still in the Nederlands on this morning.

We were very surprised: Quick service, very competitive prices, and a few extras when we received our package! We are sold on you!

Ordered a printer on this website because it promised a 1-day delivery. Every Monday for the next 3 weeks I got an email saying that my order will be delivered next week. Having grown tired of waiting, I asked for a refund and got it very quickly, which earned 123inkt a 2-star rating instead of a 1-star one.

Top company, great service, super fast shipping. Very happy customer. :)

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME .It is a very bad and weak company. My product was not delivered. They did not accept my compensation. They have not returned my money so now ... they treated me very badly.

Ugly website, but golden service. Very helpful description on the site in very small fonts. Delievery always fast. Customer service is gold. I am going to use this ugly website forever, hahhaha

I feel cheated with this supplier. I purchased a printer and they promised the next day delivery. I even paid for the next day delivery.
Next day- No printer
3rd day- No printer
4th day - No printer
On 5th day evening, I decided to contact them just to get a reply that the printer is out of stock. They had to wait 5 days and my email to say that. Further, they offered me a printer of lower quality by paying an extra amount. In fact, double the amount that I had paid for the one I paid for.
I hope to never ever do business with this company again. I have asked for a refund now and hope they do just that.
