Support staff really helpful during fitment and assembly of the bike after purchasing.

One or two technical issues which were resolved by the team i.e. Locking mechanism wasn't locking and it was fixed. Electrical wires popped out from the dynamo and was fixed.

My boyfriend and I went in today for bike repairs and when we got my bike back I noticed 3 big scratches on the front top part of my bike. I also notice the gears arent changing down well to 1. We brough the bike back in and they painted over the scratches with a marker and that is it. I dont feel like its acceptable now that for the 2 big maintenances I come in and pay almost 100 euro for that I receive more damage to my bike.

Amazing they are extremely fast thanks to them I could ride in the weekend, I’ve ordered a replacement the friday night and saturday morning was already home!

Hi, in my opinion, it is better to arrange someone in delivery qualification control at your shop to prevent causing small damages and scratches on bikes at delivery time.

hello i received the bike. but in the set I did not receive instructions for the warranty card and brake pad locks that I always received in the set with new cub bikes. the gentleman who brought the bike forgot the tools to screw the pedals. so I couldn't check the bike at the time of delivery. delivery was one day late. derailleurs are not adjusted. poor first impressions with this company.

Ad to that the sheer size of the store, which is just impressive, including a test lane where you can try out your bike. Later on i had i problem with the sadle of my new bike. Had to go back (hour drive), took a few hours to fix it. But they were very kind again, provided me with a proper lunch in their restaurent where i could sit down and work on my laptop. Compliments here to employee Jasper Helvoort. Really cool and helpfull guy.
