Took a while to receive multiplie emails to progress and one month on still waiting for email of the business banking to set that up you get what you pay for maybe I am just having a bad experience I would recommend

Many clerical errors were made during…
Many clerical errors were made during formation of my company. Even after multiple back and forths with 1st formations, they still incorrectly submitted papers to companies house. Quite disappointed in how long the resolution has taken, all stemming from clerical mistakes made my the company. Would not recommend based on this experience

Having reviewed your case, I can see that after submitting your company formation application to us, you urgently requested a change to the shareholdings prior to submission to Companies House. Unfortunately, it appears that the manual correction required was not correctly updated before the application was submitted.
