We are surprised by this review, as the information in our records does not correspond to the situation described.
Your order was delivered on November 13, 2024. On December 6, you contacted us stating that the product quality was not as expected, that the shoes did not support your running style, and that you had noticed wear on the foam after two uses.
On December 9, we replied requesting the necessary information so that we could open a claim with the brand and assess the issue properly. However, we never received a further response from you.
We would therefore like to clarify that we did not simply “refuse to let you return” a defective product. We asked you for the information required to investigate the matter with the manufacturer, but the process could not move forward because we did not receive the requested information.
It is also important to distinguish between a product defect and a product not being suitable for a particular running style. These are not necessarily the same situation, and this is precisely why we requested further information before reaching any conclusion.
We are always willing to review genuine product issues and help our customers find an appropriate solution. In this case, however, we were unable to do so because we did not receive a response to our request.

You do not propose a return option even it is paid. I had to organize return by myself which is extremely expensive.
You deducted from the reimbursement 4 € which is not fair particularly that I paid for the goods in €.

Ordered running shoes on 30.06.2026…
Ordered running shoes on 30.06.2026 with estimated delivery on 07.07.2026. Immediately received order and money transfer confirmation e-mails and it was the only communication from 365Rider I had received till 07.07.2026. On 07.07 I initiated conversation by myself - automatic reply from mail system and chatbot stating that everything is fine and order will be shipped as soon as possible is pure nonsense and annoys more than helps. After getting in touch with real person, I received response that ordered size is not available and confirmed size change. Finally, order arrived on 22.07.2026 - two weeks later than expected. Life happens and I am ok with it, but I believe that it is seller's responsibility to inform customer if something goes wrong with order. The product itself is fine - original and new,
