I was advised with delivery date with a three hour delivery slot. Half an hour before actual delivery delivery personnel rang and they arrived on the dot. Everything ordered was unpacked and all waste taken away

I have used 4 seasons a few times and from initial contact with Lisa / Natasha and the team is as good as it gets with super quick communication and nothing is a problem, with over 40 years in business they are in the top 5 for what I look for and the quality of the goods are the best bar none

Garden furniture is lovely and comfortable. Can be left out in all weather's. However, we haven't tried that yet.
Customer service were in contact with us to advise on delivery time and date. Furniture was unpacked and essembled with speed and efficiency. All packaging taken away. Brilliant, can't recommend this company enough.

The product - the amazing all weather all year rattan furniture - so sturdy, lightweight - gorgeous and with 10 year warranty! Everyone says it is the comfiest sofa - and it looks fantastic on my terrace. The cushions are deep and feel and look similar to linen - which is incredible. Super happy with all aspects including super delivery service. PLUS it fitted up my London flat stairwell onto the terrace easily though looks large!

We used this company to supply our beautiful garden furniture. They were so professional, attentive and so easy to do business with. Nothing was too much for them, and we received that special attention no matter which of their staff answered the phone. Deliveries were at the times stated, and the furniture was of excellent quality. I would not hesitate to use this Company if required in the future. You can deal with them with confidence.

We love our new table and chairs. They look so smart on our terrace, and I am excited that we don't have to put them away in the winter or treat them at all.

I recently bought the Brighton 6 seat dining set in Praia from 4Seasons Outdoors after doing lots of research on outdoor furniture. The service and communication from Natasha was amazing. I loved the set so much that I immediately ordered the matching Denver Cosy corner set. The quality of both these items is fantastic with a 10 year warranty on the wicker, they both look fabulous and they don’t need to be covered. Thank you so much, I’m looking forward to summer now. We've purchased 4 Seasons Outdoor products (through Shackletons) before and were keen to do so again. Whilst relatively expensive, we wanted stylish, well made and long lasting garden furniture. Fortunately, we were able to take full advantage of 'sale prices' and can happily confirm that the quality of the product is excellent.
