This company are complete scammers
This company are complete scammers, I am trying to get my bike repaired and they represent the insurance company . I am baffled as to how they operate but the experience so far is unbelievable, they need to be closed down!!! They only seem interested in getting bike hire and ripping everyone off
Excellent service & workmanship
Excellent service & workmanship
I was apprehensive when first directed to 4th Dimension by my insurance company. Some of the reviews were not to good.
My experience deserves a 5 star rating.
They collected my 100% original, as new (before accident) condition CBR600RR & returned it new condition.
The kept me informed of progress all the way through the repair process & returned it to me before the original date quoted.
Fortunately for me the parts for my bike are readily available & people with bike that don't have Honda's level of support may have to wait longer for the parts to arrive.
This is not the fault of 4th Dimension & should not impact on their level of service which I found excellent.
zero customer service
i wish i had read these reviews before dealing with this company, i was in a non-fault accident in which the third party admitted full liability, my bike was picked up and a temporary replacement bike given to me. after over a week of no communication i had to make first contact, they were awaiting the third party to inspect my vehicle and once this took place they wrote mine off as a Category N, did not think this was really needed as i do not think the repair costs would be more than the value of the bike, but they valued my bike about right so i accepted, clearly the intention of the company to repair and sell (why else would they pay me 1/4 of the money for the bike) i dealt with my end promptly (signed over bike and sent docs/keys) after that i heard nothing from them, 3 times i reached out to them in regards to the third party payment and 3 times i received no reply 8 days later and i am still waiting, i have a deposit on a replacement bike and do not have the money to pay for it, and currently in limbo as to when i will have the money
Have an ongoing non-fault claim where…
Have an ongoing non-fault claim where the third party insurer accepted full liability straight away, basically was rear ended at a roundabout whilst stationery so slow speed and not too much damage but not ridable. Third party insurer offered to deal with everything but my insurer convinced me I’d be better off going through them and roll-on 4th Dimension taking the claim. It took 4 weeks for them to access the bike and tell me it is repairable then they requested approval for the repair which apparently was denied, I called the third party myself and they confirmed they still accept full liability and gave me a reference number, 4th Dimension don’t seem to accept this, we’re now another 4 weeks on and still no change, no one taking responsibility or letting me know what’s happening, almost giving up on it but it’s a brand new bike that cost a lot of money, certainly won’t ever insure with a provider associated to 4th Dimension again, absolute shower!
Only 1 star as you can't leave a zero rating
Possibly the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. 6 weeks since an accident and pretty much zero communication from them. Occasionally a text message from them saying "call us on this number" with a phone number that doesn't work.
It says it all that I registered a formal complaint with them 3 weeks ago and they have yet to issue even a response they received it. Mail boxes are not monitored, calls are not answered and they don't have any other means of contact.
Just... speechless.
I took out a motorcycle insurance policy with Hastings Direct in March 2023, and paid extra for all the bells and whistles. I was involved in a collision in July 2023 which occurred because the car driver in front of me came to a completely unjustifiable stop whilst I was performing a shoulder check in anticipation of changing lanes. I skimmed the side of the car, breaking my leg twice and my ankle, and now can't walk, or work, for 6 months. The claim was dealt with by 4th Dimension, who (within less than 24 hours of receiving my verbal account) decided "we aren't pursuing a non-fault claim, it looks more like split-liability". Did they want my GoPro footage? No. Did they obtain an account from the offending car driver? No. Did they speak with the attending police officers? No. So how then, was it - at best - split-liability? "You weren't looking at the time." I tried to explain that motorcyclists have a legal obligation to perform shoulder checks, meaning they are unable to continue physically looking forward, but 4th Dimension refused to listen. Essentially, the explanation given was "You weren't looking so that's your fault, and in any event, we haven't got the time or money to investigate because we're a business". When I complained about this, I was told to speak to Hastings Direct, who could investigate it properly "because they have the time and resources, and that's what you paid your policy premium for". But Hastings Direct *won't* investigate it, because that's what they pay 4th Dimension for, ergo, I'm now stuck in an appalling feedback loop and feel like I've bought a one-way ticket to Clown World. No wonder this lot have an average of 1.9 stars on TrustPilot - Hastings Direct need to be held accountable for sub-contracting their claims handling service to such an incompetent company.
Great job
The driver arrived to collect my bike and took the upmost care trying to coax it onto the van. My bike has a complex alarm that doesn't like to be transported, but eventually all was set. Once it arrived I received regular updates and the repair shop were emailing and calling to discuss the various parts that needed doing. Always offering a choice of parts where necessary. I have a V-Rod so I suppose I am used to the lack of parts, so was sympathetic to their task of finding the right bits. While it was there the brakes and tyres were also changed and they even did the MOT as it was about to expire. The handlebars were bent so they gave me choices for replacement and again this seems above and beyond. It is a long process and I missed a lot of a great summer due to the delays. So technically there is some hope this isn't the same for everyone. But knowing they were picking up 4 bikes on the day they got mine I reckon they are extremely busy. A year on and I now commute to work on my V-Rod everyday and it has been running perfectly.
Very upsetting experience (so far)
Very upsetting to go through all the pain of an accident which wasn't my fault but that was the least of my worries when I sent my bike here.. Regretful decision and wholeheartedly disuade anyone to deal with them.
No communication for the most part but the hire company (Entreprise) rang me and told me out of the blue that I no longer have a hire vehicle as it's been denied (They will pick it up same day)
4th Dimension now say that my bike would cost over £10,000 to fix and that it's a write off. Some damage has appeared on the bike that I know for a fact was not on there when it went in.
Shocked and appauled.
Useless and impossible to contact.
I was hit by another vehicle. He admitted everything and decided to pay for the damage himself. I said he had 2 days to pay the body shop before I claimed. Called Bikesure my insurer and asked how soon after the accident I needed to claim if I did need to claim. Everything was sorted perfectly without the insurers and without a claim. My bike is now fixed. But Bikesure have hiked up my premium because of the claim that 4th Dimension have said I made. Impossible to sort because neither Bikesure or 4th dimension ever answer the phone. They are both totally incompetent useless and impossible to contact.
Had a small accident 5 wks ago
Had a small accident 5 wks ago, saldy the insurance (Hastings) insisted the bike goes to 4th Dimension for evaluation and repair. Rather than the main bike dealer, who have reviewed the bike and visually assess 4K of damage. Took 2wks to collect the bike then 10days to deliver to their workshop (Aberdeen was the collection) could have walked it there quicker. Poor communication so far and only advised so far that it might be repaired. Whole process so far has been driven by making calls to them for updates. Now have to wait another 10 days to get the extent of the damage before they even contact the insurance for a go/no go on the repairs.
OMG are they for real
Well. Mmm a joke a disaster a money for nothing business. Don't do what they are paid for. Don't answer any reviews says it all really. Who's who if you want to kick their door can be found on Business house Gov website
Worst Company Ever
Worst company ever - decided they would write off a two week old bike for a set of 5 parts that cost less than £100 direct from the manufacturer approved parts provider. No amount of constantly calling will get you answers - or even a phone call back. When i did get my bike returned it looked like someone had keyed the tank on the opposite side to the original damage, there where scuffs and paint chips where it had been stood against a wall and in the two months they had the bike it hadn't been started so the battery was dead. Unsurprising to find out they have a vested interest in keeping your bike to sell on ebay or part out through their salvage company. Unbelievable practices that should have them blacklisted by every insurance company. In two months not a single phone call from them and in all my dealings with them they continually 'suggest' that you should go through your own insurer if you want things to move more quickly. Don't touch them with a barge pole!!
Markerstudy/4th Dimension
Ah! There we have it! It's the affiliation with Markerstudy that's causing all the problems...especially when accidents and claims occur between two Markerstudy customers. It's as if we're just palmed off in to the ether and can never get any sense from any involved over the phone. I'v'e experienced it before and am again right now. I've also been hassled by solicitors attempting to get me to claim for injuries I haven't sustained. This is an unnecessarily over complicated and time consuming process. It seems to me that Markerstudy just go for a 50/50 settlement in cases involving both their customers as its easier regardless of the evidence. Quite shocking, immoral and totally unprofessional. Me, not at all a happy paying customer!

4th Dimension is the go to place in Olympia for super professional service. I just had a remote session that cleaned up a can of worms on my desktop, and it was wonderful! Thank you ~
It's All About The Money?
At present my claim is ongoing and after what i thought was going to be a pleasant experience has turned into a communications nightmare.
After accident, bike was collected quickly with good communication as i believe they are charging £28 per day bike storage.
After this the commutation dried up and became sporadic i have had to deal with the third party insurance pretty much by myself as emails from 4th dimension go unanswered and requests for call back fall on deaf ears.
I would not use these again if i had a choice but my broker goes through these so hey ho
Excellent Service provided.
I can not fault the service i have recieved in any way. It has been fantastic from the first communication i had right up to the last communication. Staff have all been amazing, very helpful and professional. Thank you to All at 4th Dimension for all of your help in my time of need. Nothing has been a problem to you. Thank you.

Avoid at all costs all negative reviews…
Avoid at all costs all negative reviews are accurate going through the same thing now I’ve told them I’m not using them as they’re shocking and they’re refusing to return my bike, now taking legal action against them
BRILLIANT SERVICE
I had an attempted theft of my honda motor scooter and although the thieves didn't manage to steal it they did considerable damage to the steering lock and components.i contacted 4th dimension and they were absolutely brilliant ,they collected my bike and kept me up to date on a weekly basis regarding its repair status .when the bike was repaired they arranged with me a time and date to suit me for it to be delivered back to me.and was brought back in tip top condition.the whole procedure was done in an excellent and professional way ...thankyou 4th dimension
Good overall experience
After having a collision with a road sign in the middle of Spain in June 22 ,and abandoned by insurers (Had to recover the bike to a safe place myself with the help of a great Spanish guy with a van). Bike was recovered back to the UK and taken to 4th Dimension who contacted me and explained what my options were, it was decided that it was repairable and so this process commenced. I was kept updated with regular reports and finally got the bike back in December 22..cannot fault the work done ,bike looks as new very happy with the results..yes it took a long time and had this been my only form of transport could have been a problem, but not an issue for me. Pleased with the overall experience.
