Very happy with the work done.
Very happy with the work done.
Kept me updated along the way.
Great job! Keep it up!
4th Dimension promised a 5 star service…
4th Dimension promised a 5 star service but the reality could not be further from the truth. It took them over a month to collect the bike, another month to inspect it and to ultimately add insult to injury, I had to wait months for the parts to arrive only to discover that that ordered the wrong item. They tried to bully me into claiming on my insurance and then brow beat me into accepting the bike back without all of the repairs being completed. A truly awful experience.
When the bike came back I was really happy with the final result.
When the bike came back I was really happy with the quality of the work . Everything had been completed as promised and the bike looks like brand new again.
Being able to speak with the assessor was a bonus as he was able to explain the assessment procedures before a decision to repair ,or not, was made and that the repairs to the bike repair would be thorough and comprehensive.
It was a surprise the time taken to repair the bike whilst waiting for parts although it was explained to me that they wait for all of the main parts to be on-site before starting the rebuild process which allows the technician to concentrate fully on the bike , rather than it being a stop-start process. Sound logic in my opinion so no real complaints about the time taken.
The staff were all professional and kept kept me informed of progress on a weekly basis and responded personally and promptly to any questions I had.
Disappointing experience.
Disappointing experience with protracted delays to the repair of my bike. Communication was great, they kept me up to date but sadly only to tell me things were not moving forward.
I shared detailed feedback with them and they did acknowledge that the repair took longer than it should have done.
The work they did was very good but they need to sort out the initial contact process - far too pushy to get you to put the bike into storage and too little explanation of how they work and how you will be affected.
The delays can also be caused by the third party insurer when it is a non-fault claim which is out of the control of 4th Dimension but I still don't understand why they need to keep the bike all that time. The assessor could come to me.
It's worth noting that if they repair the bike then no storage fees are charged.
Non fault accident May 22. File closed April 23. Rogues.
Non fault accident May 22. At fault part paid out July 22. Claim finally closed April 23 after engaging a lawyer to speak w 4th D. FCA have logged a notice against 4th D. Avoid.
Incompetent all round, avoid.
These guys are extremely pushy to get your authorisation for using their services. (Insurance co (Axa) don't help as they use 4th dimension as their claims handlers). Given the awful reviews I declined their services, as my bike had only cosmetic damage, and third party had admitted liability. I didn't want to be on some beat up loan bike of theirs for months.
They were so snarky to learn they wouldn't get a big payout. (£72 a day for 'storage' to the third party? Come on!).
They expressed their displeasure at losing the business by just binning all the info they'd got about the accident, and not passing it back to Axa so I then had to restart the claim from scratch.
Avoid at all costs
Complete waste of time
Never kept up to date
Never email you back
Only time they ring me is to see if I've been paid out. That's only contact I get from them. Still waiting for my pay out nearly 2 months now.
Avoid at all cost.
Would give zero stars

4th dimension are RUBBISH
Had bike accident.
Have fully comp insurance
4th dimension no help whatsoever
Refused to recover bike unless they could take it into "storage"
Also refused to help as I wasn't making claim - presumably against myself?
Left me stranded on m1 slip road.
REALLY rude and unhelpful.
FANTASTIC personnel experience
FANTASTIC personnel experience, read all the reviews and I was panicking about my stolen bike. But within 5 days all correspondence was verified and 8 days after the theft all done and dusted, money paid directly into my bank account. cant thank the staff at 4th Dimension enough big thank you to engineer DARYL top job
Leave your hope at the door
On September 4th 2022 my Ducati Monster was stolen and damaged. I did recover the damage, but as was a theft claim which has been reported to the police, I decided to make the claim to the insurer.
My broker (Motorcycle Direct) use 4th Dimension claims to assist with the repairs. For months, I've had weekly updates to say that the part needed cannot be found so I've called up, asked if there was any chance 2nd hand parts could be used, and they told me I would have to speak to my insurer (Markerstudy). I have this authorisation from them to use these parts, so happy in that knowledge, I had relayed that back. One more weekly update later, and I replied back to the email that was sent back to me asking if they had had any luck even finding a 2nd hand part, only to receive a condescending email back from Chloe Moran explaining that the workshop were only interested in using a new part. When I questioned this all I had was an undertone of "well I did tell you this would be hard to find".
This whole thing has been going on near 7 months. As of right now, I am still nowhere near getting my bike back. 4th Dimension do not have a care in the world. All they care about is keeping my bike there, which I'm assuming they are getting paid for so they don't mind. In the meantime I still have to pay my insurance premiums to them to keep my bike in a shed.
Unlike our bikes, 4th Dimension just want to give us the runaround. Send your bike here at your peril. Honestly, you won't find another set of stuck up and entitled miscreants to keep your bike away from you.
Do NOT use this company ! ! !
Do NOT use this company ! ! !
I've been using different insurance companies for my motorcycle for a long time now and never had any issues with other insurance companies or accidents in general, however, I had someone reverse into my motorcycle in the car park and I was trying to resolve this issue. Oh my god! I contacted my insurance [then I was told this is the 3rd party company dealing with my issue on their behalf] and they took my motorcycle to do some testing so I had no vehicle, the whole process of testing and investigating took them over half a year, so I had no vehicle for over 6 months. The worst part is that they couldn't fix it in the end and they just returned my vehicle with Cat N and I barely got any compensation when I was the victim and even the police confirmed it. Biggest ever mistake using this company, please do not make my mistakes, you can definitely find a much better and cheaper company.
So can 66%0f reviewers be wrong...Apparently not
So! I did things the wrong way round, I let my insurance company arrange for 4thD to collect my bike then when I found out that it had been taken from West Yorkshire to Surry I decided to have a look at the company reviews. That's when I started to get nervous but reasoned that if major insurance companies used them the reviews must have been exaggerated. Apparently not the case! I bought my brand new £11k Kawasaki at the end of November 2022 and 4 weeks & 500 miles later while pushing it in my drive I slipped on ice and dropped it. not too much damage but its a new bike so decided to claim. The insurance company passed it to 4thD who collected it in early December. As Christmas was approaching I did not expect much to happen but I did receive a message to tell me it had arrived at the depot. In early January I received a call from their assessor to talk through the claim and apparently their was a chance it would be written off due to the damage. Remember it wasn't a collision it had just fallen over. The estimate was a staggering and unbelievable £4600-00 however I took the view that I was happy I wasn't getting the bill and the insurers had authorised the repairs so maybe it was worse than I thought. They estimated 4 weeks for the repair, hopefully early February since then I have had "weekly updates" in the form of very vague emails saying things are progressing and we will email in a week to update it is now going into the 4th month still with no completion date I have rung several times and got no more information. The latest joke was when in a recent phone call I was told they were pleased to tell me my bike was now in the workshop being rebuilt and the the work time estimate was 7 hours so it should be finished in 2 weeks?????? not sure how those maths work. I apologise for the length of this review and if you have made it to the end well done. The short version is if this lot are offered as a repairer 66% of trust pilot reviewers cant be all wrong Avoid them. If they already have your pride and joy be prepared for a long and frustrating wait, they took my lightly damaged bike before Christmas and I will be lucky to get it back before Easter.
Update!!! The bike finally arrived on the 23rd of March and to be fair I really cannot fault the repairs the standard of work is excellent it's just such a shame that the customer experience is so diabolicaly poor!
Be very careful - only in it for themselves
4thD convinced me to hand over my very slightly damaged motorbike to claim against the 3rd party that caused the small damage (to a side panel). The next day I received a text saying the bike was a write off and that I would receive a nominal cash sum in return.
When I asked for the immediate return of my bike, 4thD said I should accept the cash and in any case I would receive the bike as well. What they "forgot" to mention was that this would be a written off bike which would be uninsurable. All this for a damage of £150.
This is very unprofessional behaviour.
Unacceptable delays and service
4th Dimension have now had my Triumph for over 3 months and still cannot give me a return date! They charge storage for this incompetence when it is the client who should be compensated for their delays!
find out your insurer and use them instead!
Do not let this company take your bike. As others have said, this will remain is storage while they drag their feet and if you ask for it back, you will be threatened with having to pay the storage fees.
I had an accident at the beginning of November and spent 3 months getting nowhere with this useless company.
The excuse was always that the third party was causing delays, however a simple request to obtain a copy of the job sheet from the collection of my bike took 5 weeks! sorry sir, that's a different department. wait a few weeks and sorry sir you will have to send us your fine from TFL and we can add pressure.
Michael is definitely the most useless human being I have ever has the misfortune of dealing with! "What it is yeah, is if you send us the letter, we can deal with it innit" Ok so are you telling me you are going to pay the fine as if you are then I want this in writing!? Otherwise I do NOT trust you to deal with anything! I certainly don't want bailiffs knocking on my door as you sit on a simple request for many more weeks!
at this point I lost it. how can it take you 5 weeks to get a letter to show my bike was collected upon your say so! I asked for my bike back and was threatened with having to pay the storage and that 4th dimension. I asked for an email detailing the costs and for all recordings of my calls. next day, recordings are at my home address (impressive!) costs are waived, bike is transferred to my actual insurance company and the letter I had waited 5 weeks for was in my inbox.
I have cut all ties with this party who should have NO part to play in this process at all! you have a choice... you have an insurance company so DO NOT let Adrian Flux put you onto this company! use your own insurance company to collect your vehicle. Marker Study have my vehicle, are nearing completion on my claim and have shown just how inept this company is!
Pressure sales by an unworthy company.
On 19th November 2022, my motorcycle was knocked over by a delivery van whilst parked, ironically, at my local motorcycle dealer and damage was caused to it. On the same day, I reported the accident to my insurer, Bikesure. Later that day, I received correspondence from 4th Dimension who, it appears, act as claim handlers in the event of having to make a claim.
The next working day, I received an email from them entitled Credit Storage Agreement. I was asked to sign and return the document within three working days and was warned that, unless I did this within three working days, they would be unable to claim the storage costs and I may find myself being charged for them. The stipulation of three working days appeared to me to be unduly pressured and I did not sign.
Later that day, quite by chance, I happened to speak to someone who had had their motorcycle repaired by 4th Dimension. I was strongly advised not to allow them to repair my bike and to read their reviews. Having read their reviews, I immediately appointed my local dealer as my chosen repairer. I immediately contacted 4th Dimension, informing them of my decision and also, of my decision not to hire a courtesy bike from them as I didn’t want or need one.
Three days later, I was contacted by a member of the 4th Dimension staff who told me he had read through my file and noticed “stuff had gone on” since I reported the accident-that I had appointed my own repairer and had declined to hire a bike from them. He then said to me “Derek, I don’t know if this has been fully explained to you (we were apparently on first name terms even though we had only just met) but if you don’t choose us to repair your bike and/or you don’t hire a bike from us, then we will not handle your claim, as that is how we make our money, and you will be left having to chase up the other party’s insurer yourself”
At this point, I suggested that, rather than trying to pressurise me into using their services, perhaps the company should be working to vastly improve their reviews. The reply was that the reviews were what they were but it was ok because they handled up to 70% of motorcycle accident claims countrywide.
I am pretty sure there is an obligation, under Common Law, not to unnecessarily inflate such a claim and their attempt to persuade me to hire a bike, when it was not wanted or needed, solely in order to be able to make money from the hire, seems to run contrary to that principle. I asked if I would have assurance, in writing, that there would be no cost to me for the bike hire. The caller said he would be unable to provide that.
I feel that I have been very fortunate in this matter as the third party’s insurers were very straight and had my bike completely repaired through my local dealer, at no cost to me and I was able to avoid any further dealings with 4th Dimension. The telephone conversation which I have outlined above was the last contact I had with them. On my next insurance renewal, I will be seeking a company willing to act for me, on receipt of my premium, without setting further preconditions, and one which has no dealings with 4th Dimension.
Absolute waste of money. Incapable company.
I had accident in September not in my fault. Claim went to 4th Dimension. I provided CCTV, clearly showing 3rd party at fault, there is a Police report stating the same, and 4 independent witnesses. It's been 5 months and I was told by 4th Dimension, that 3rd party is still making enquirie, in the mean time they send me a cheque, with estimated value of my bike, which as you can assume is highly undervalued. R1 2007 for £1950??? I was told I have to accept that, and then dispute the price. They didn't even accepted liability but sending me money???? How on earth is that ok? On top of that, I was told that my accuat insurer is AXA. AFTER 5 MONTHS OF CLAIM.
314 days and I still wait for my bike…
314 days and I still wait for my bike to returned to my property after I stupidly let 4th dimension take hold of it following a non fault claim/repairs to my motorcycle. Minor damage a new front fairing and screen was required. Hire bike and storage fees for 314 days and counting. I've made calls on their behalf to complete payment from 3rd party, I've spent days on the phone the lot.. 4th dimension are criminals who are ripping off thousands every year. Taking legal action and will be charging 4th dimension storage fees for the piece of crap they have left in my garage fir nearly a year!!! Stay well clear of these criminals
should be no stars your ref 465075 this…
should be no stars your ref 465075 this bike was one day old costing £2725 brand new you have sent a chq for £1200 from churchill ins your service as been zilch this accident was september churchil addmited full responsibilty my son had been on the bike for 4 hours when he was hit by a driver coming from a pub he as no transport to get to collage no other bike offered till claim sorted bike was a right off but you still have bike in storage when it was supposed to be returned worst company ever and still taking payments for insurance customer service on the phones is shocking stay away from this scam company
My partner had an accident in August
My partner had an accident in August, not his fault and 3rd party accepted liability. Cosmetic damage only. It is now the end of December they still have the bike and saying they are waiting for parts, bearing in mind they charge insurers £28 a day storage. They tried to write off the bike at first, it's a 2022 BMW GS, but my partner was having none of it. How they can get away with keeping the bike for 5months (up to now) I don't know.
Keep as far away from this dodgy company as possible.
They try and write bikes off for profit or they get as much money out of the 3rd party insurers as possible by keeping the bike and charging daily storage.
4th dimension should be investigated and closed down. Liars and thieves!!
