Storage rip off

This company are the parasites of others' misfortunes.
They charge £22 per day for storage of a motorcycle.
Best advice if you have an accident, get the bike to your own place.
I lost over £1100 of my claim due to them

The only good point… I got a hire bike…

The only good point… I got a hire bike from them….

They rang me weekly to say the third party hadn’t accepted liability and wouldn’t assess vehicle. Third party has accepted liability to my solicitors and to me… I sent the proof of liability but they then still said other side wouldn’t do valuation. 5 weeks later they rang to say I would have to claim on my insurance as other side refuse to cooperate! I rang her insurance who said that was intrue. I rang my solicitors who spoke to the other side, got proof of liability and spoke to them about 4th dimensions.. 4th dimensions hadn’t been in touch till the day before…. My insurers have promised to get to the bottom of it though 4th dimensions are refusing to speak to my insurance now! Guess they are raking it in with hire costs!

Shocking customer service and slow

Shocking customer service and terrible response. Staff have no interest in chasing claims from 3rd parties - I had to get the admission of liability from the other insurer myself and was then told repairs wouldn't start for another 8 weeks. Over all was 3 months after having to claim from my own insurance.

Avoid .. 12 weeks after a no fault claim I’m still not further than I was on day one they constantly have no updates when I ring, asking for documents over and over again I am thousands out of pocket and no closer to seeing an end to all of this avoid this company and Hastings

Nothing but lies and stress. . .

It's been over two weeks.

Nothing but lies. Keep being told it's being handled by their logistic department and that they are currently arranging a collection date with the recovery company. Got tired and called the recovery company and they said nobody as of yet has been in contact with them!!

Would have been cost-effective to pay out of pocket as of this moment. And if I wanted to go that route I would have to pay 2.5 weeks' storage fees!!

On top of having my bike original stolen due to no fault of my own. I now have to deal with this stress.

Awful

Awful, My insurer (broker: Devitt / Insurer: AXA) put these people in charge of the claim process, valuation, collection and 4th dimension told me the payment would be processed in 7-10 working days. They never collected the motorcycle so i then had it picked up by Harley to give me a quote on repairs. I never received any payment for the written of motorcycle and 4th dimension now have my motorcycle as they arranged to have it collected from Harley. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

I would give this company zero stars

I would give this company zero stars, if that was possible. As if being involved in a motorcycle accident wasn’t distressing enough, engage this company and your frustration and despair are about to experience a whole new level. Before they take your bike for repair or replacement, on the phone they will sell their service to you and it will sound straight forward enough and exactly like what you need and possibly because your insurance broker (Bike Sure in my case) put you in touch when making your no-fault claim, you probably won’t suspect anything might be or could go wrong. 4D will collect your bike in good time, but be warned because that’s the only time they do anything in good time. Bundled with your hire bike agreement, there will be a storage credit agreement but the driver, in my case, will explain it’s just a document outlining expenses that will be paid by the third party at fault. Truthfully though, they are liabilities you are responsible for and because you will have no control going forward, they are certainly going to spiral out of control into the ridiculous and unreasonable and I would say that’s deliberately, on their part. A few days after they collected my bike, having had a chance to actually read the contracts properly and distinctly getting the feeling I was already experiencing confusing delay tactics over the phone, I decided I didn’t want the liabilities involved and cancelled both agreements by signing the cancellation forms and electronically submitted them to 4D as in their terms. Despite this 4D continued to pretend at least, to deal with my claim informing me they had secured agreement from the third party to settle my claim and it was Cat N write off. Because it was a new bike with less than 200 miles on the clock and the engine was in good working order when 4D collected it, despite not being ridable due to damage to back break being ripped off, side stand sensor broken and front brake assembly damage, I wanted it back because I knew it was repairable and I thought I could live with the aesthetical damage. The bike was eventually returned to me on the third attempt minus any fuel, three weeks after I had cancelled but now the engine had no compression and wouldn’t even start. (Yes, I put fuel in it to test.) Now I am starting the whole process again with my insurance company. I strongly believe that 4th Dimension are actually criminal in intent, but can I prove it?
Update: Well it appears that the third party payed 4th Dimension out on my claim and they have just held onto the money for about a month so far. This company is a perfect example of what's wrong in the world!

I don’t usually take the time to do…

I don’t usually take the time to do these reviews but I wanted to reassure people who are looking at this company that the service I received was excellent from start to finish. When you see these poor reviews it makes you worry and gives a bad impression from the start. These guys did everything they said they would do and actually went ahead of schedule when they could. Everyone I dealt with was responsive and sympathetic. There will always be situations when people aren’t happy with service but my experience was only positive. Thank you!

Exemplary Service - 5 star

The service we received from 4th Dimension can only be described as exemplary. Jenny Sallans who was our assigned team member was literally the most helpful and diligent person I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Emails were responded to promptly, calls were returned quickly, absolute care, consideration and outstanding service was received on every single occasion we needed to communicate with the company and with Jenny. We are thrilled that 4th D are the company selected by our Insurer as we honestly couldn't imagine a company who care about looking after customers more than this company and more than Jenny does. Many companies could learn a lot from her and the way she really cares about people and her customers. Thank you Jenny for taking the time and effort to really help and care after a really traumatic experience at the hands of thieves x

I worked for this company and got fired…

I worked for this company and got fired today for playing solitaire and some other made up stuff they came up with... I can confirm that they definitely do scam the insurers and they scam the policy holders. They are vague with dates to avoid you cancelling claims and they purposely prolong bike repairs (especially if you're on a third party hire) in order to rinse both you and the insurer as much as they can. The techs are talented and they have great specialists and equipment but the way they operate as a company is awful. They admit to lying to their policy holders... AVOID!!

Had a small accident that left me with…

Had a small accideny that left me with a smashed mudguard, it's a painted repsol. Rang insurance and these guys came on pushing a replacement bike whilst they repair mine over a six week period. I have £1,100 excess and the offender hadn't been contacted. This happened within 24 hours, No way was I agreeing to this for a mudguard. Next renewal i shop around, felt like a scam and reading these reviews I'm glad i refused.

I cannot fault this company

I cannot fault this company. From start to finish they acted quickly. They assigned me a claims handler who was there for any queries I had. This is a copy of the email I sent them a few days ago.

I just wanted to say thank you to the under mentioned people at 4th for affording me a very pleasant service. Everything went very smoothly and expeditiously. I was not put under any stress with the whole claim from start to finish. I was even given a nice easy to remember claim ref! That's instead of some references like qxa2579486-R!. So to all at 4th dimension a big THANK YOU from me. Also thank you for the hire bike. It came in very handy whilst the claim was on-going. I would like to say I can't wait to work with you again - but that might be going too far, lol.

Avoid

Absolutely horrible company and ancient courtesy bikes will not be using them ever again avoid like the plague. Total scam refused to give me my bike until a check was deposited even thought the repairs were approved and gave me a replacement bike with no windscreen no heated grips in the middle of winter. There was no need to charge £3000 for hire and storage fees when my bike was roadworthy and advised by myself the owner of said property. Hope this business is dissolved for scamming both us and insurance companies like this! £3000!!! Just for them to process a claim. Not one bolt has been touched and they’ve cahrged the third parties insurance company £3000!!!!! Scam artists all day! Altogether the claim is gonna be right around £5000!! No wonder our premiums go through the rough because of shoddy practices like this!

Had a no fault accident on August 20th

Had a no fault accident on August 20th. My lightly damaged bike was not delivered back to me until early December. When the bike went to them, my tank cover, bought from Moto Legends for £175,was on it. No, it wasn't, they say, and I've got no proof. I will never allow another of my bikes to go to these people. I could have done the repairs myself imn a couple of weeks with ease.
