Really impressive experience with 77 Diamonds. I knew what I wanted and Tarek made the whole process smooth and straightforward, being responsive and helpful throughout.

The result is a ring my fiancée absolutely loves, and I couldn’t be happier with it either. The service hasn’t stopped there. They have been really responsive since the engagement in sorting an appointment to get the ring resized. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Unfortunately, my experience took a turn after placing my order. While the initial service was good and my questions were answered helpfully, the ring was sent too late and nearly didn't arrive in time. On top of that, I had requested a change of delivery address early on, which was not carried out — resulting in the ring being delivered to my home while my partner was there. For an engagement ring, this kind of mistake is simply not acceptable. Very disappointing given the promising start.

I recently upgraded my engagement ring with additional diamonds at 77 Diamonds, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Kat was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process — she kept me informed every step of the way, was incredibly helpful and professional, and made everything feel so easy. I had a great experience with Toni from the customer service / sales team. Even though, I initially had to wait longer than the standard 24 hours for my first inquiry and I had to follow-up, after Toni took over, the process went smoothly and in a timely-manner. He helped me to figure out which gemstone I wanted by requesting real-pictures from the supplier for 2 specific gemstones that I was in-between. Last but not least, he assisted with the final order and helped me organize the delivery to the showroom.

We received great help and excellent service from Marcel. He was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the whole experience. Highly recommended!

I have only the best things to say, 77 Diamonds and especially Natacha have been of immense help in finding the right ring, getting it delivered on time and just making sure that my planned proposal can come true exactly as i had planned. Natacha would always reassure me exactly of which stage we are in, found the right ring, shipping date/time, statuses of checks with the development department, i never felt like i did not know what was going on which really helped in me being calm thoughout the process. Customer service at its best. The ring quality and design is also absolutely phenomenal. Highly recommend!

From ordering to delivery exceptional service. When I've ordered my diamond the delivery date was set on 10th of June which would have been to late since this is my and my Wife 20th wedding anniversary I have rang main office and spoke with Natacha Haingomalala who assured me that she would anything to deliver it before. My diamond was delivered on Wednesday 20th of May making it enough time for the wedding anniversary.

Excellent service. The meeting was very useful, everything was explained clearly. I recommend this service for any fine jewellery.

I visited the website to do some research, and later received an email from customer support asking if I needed any further assistance. This was a positive touch, as it not only engages the customer but also helps drive a sale.
This was crucial in keeping my interest alive and, ultimately, completing the purchase.
However, I have some issues that I feel aren’t working well:
Chat—what I typed would disappear after clicking “send.” This happened while I was already writing to a support agent. It’s dysfunctional and not very credible.
After-sales - I haven’t received any email confirming the payment or updates on the purchase, nor any basic information after placing an order. Customers may feel uneasy because they are spending a lot of money online without much assurance.
Cecilia is my sales assistant and so far so good.
