Designers are good but this platform is…
Designers are good but this platform is extremely frustrating and not intuitive. Hard to iterate and work through the design process because of the platform’s communication structure and limitations. Beyond maddening. Customer service is lacking which on top of constant frustration related to their process made me nuts. They took days to respond. Don’t expect a seamless process. I do not recommend to anyone that’s not a novice in business / marketing.

Best way to get multiple logo options for your budget
99designs is probably the only platform where you can run a proper design contest. Instead of hiring one designer and hoping for the best, you get dozens of concepts from different people. That gave me a wide range of ideas to choose from, all within a fixed budget. The platform makes it easy to give feedback, shortlist finalists, and refine designs. I ended up with a logo I’m happy with, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.

Follow-up on Earnings Transfer Issue – Appreciation for Support Team
Due to certain circumstances — which will once again require me to contact your support team today — I’ve had the opportunity to communicate with Windy(Windy99d) and Arina (arina.c99), my apologies if I’ve missed anyone, and I have only words of praise. They did everything within their power in the kindest and most professional way (I even opened a forum topic to thank them). Together with the departments they reached out to, they spared me a great deal of stress.
The issue with transferring my earnings still seems to persist, but the professional and genuinely human approach your support team has shown gives me hope that everything will be successfully resolved.

DO NOT RUN CONTESTS
I ran a contest for my book cover design, I was excited to finally be able to publish my first book.
The Contest was a hit, I had 108 submissions amongst 20+ artists...
After about 2-3 weeks , it came down to 2 designs, in which I chose 1... and began working on publishing my book
2 days after publishing , I ran a search on Amazon on my book title , because I was so excited to finally be on Amazon
but instead of just being greated with my book cover, I see the same exact design that was runner up in my contest being used as someone elses book cover, not only that...
They used the same exact title
99Designs didnt help much , of course they are, but it completely ruined my experience and excitment.
Yes, I understand Designers have discretion, but it truly is a scumbag move to not even change the title.
