Once again, I’m blown away by the amazing customer service at 99designs. I was totally lost on how to wrap up my design contest, but Leah patiently guided me step-by-step through the entire process. Thanks to her, I was able to successfully complete my project and ensure the designer got paid.
She explained everything so clearly that even someone like me, brand new to 99designs, could understand each step. Leah made a potentially stressful situation feel totally manageable, covering both the technical and application aspects with ease. I'm particularly impressed by the fact that they are located on the other side of the globe from where I am, but still managed to have someone in their customer service department/ pick up the phone. Huge thanks!

SO MANY OPTIONS! Find the perfect logo!
I was provided so many options and while a bunch of them would have worked, there was only one that was perfect! It just goes to show that if you go to a specific designer you may not get "the one". Use 99 designs for the ultimate experience!

I had one of my contests get locked, but I reached out to the support team, and they were able to resolve the issue right away. Almost no wait time for the help team, and they answered all my questions clearly. I am very pleased with my experience.

99designs Closed My Contest Without My Consent — Wasted 3 Days of Work for 60+ Designers
I started a Gold package logo and social media contest on 99designs.com for $1,599 and worked with over 60 designers for 3 days. Then, out of nowhere, I received an email saying “per your request, your contest has been refunded.” I never requested any refund.
When I tried to log in, my account was blocked. Using a direct contest link, I saw it was marked as closed because I requested a refund. That’s simply not true.
While I’ll get my money back, the real damage is elsewhere:
Over 60 designers lost three days of hard work.
Our business lost valuable time giving feedback, and now we’re delayed in meeting our own deadlines because of this platform failure.
