Great Experience
I thought doing a logo contest through 99Designs was fun. I got so many entries and absolutely love the one I chose. Things were easy to navigate. I would definitely use them again.

Easy to use and an effective tool
Easy to use, and the site attracts great graphic design, illustrators from around the world. I’ve used the site twice and will continue to use them. Excellent customer service too if you have questions. Also, I personally like the idea that I am tapping talent that I otherwise would never be in contact with.

Glady is awesome and asset to the company
I did a poll for my design contest and the time was up in like 3 hours. But my team was not able to decide. Because the submission was so many and designs were too good (Happy problem).
I contacted CHAT and Glady solved the issue outright for me. She is patient and understanding, and knew what is my problem right away.
She is truly an asset to the team and company.

Great Job!
The customer service is fantastic. They stayed in touch and answered all my questions every step of the way. I'm not sure how many artists they have available, but a multitude showed up to design my book cover.
You will have a wide range of designs to choose from.
I'm overjoyed wth my result!

Great easy to use platform
99Design supported us in creation of multiple assets now and we are really pleased with the results.

Excellent service - the only place I get my book covers
Excellent service! I love running design contests for my book covers. It's a great way to see a lot of different kinds of designs and find the exact match for me. The designers are always really awesome to work with. I personally go with the silver plans at minimum, as I find the designers to be particularly exceptional. Also, customer support is fantastic! They're always there when you need them and are able to resolve any issue you may have.

The designer was very responsive to my requests and patient with changes.
Loved how the designer had so much patience with all my directions. I changed my mind several times in the direction I wanted the cover to go, and the designer stuck with me through it all, making tweaks and taking suggestions (which were sometimes not explained very well). The design took shape and was fine-tuned until it was perfect! Very good response and turnaround time on tweaks.
