Badly stored items.
I bought two guitar hero guitars. The quality of the items were horrible. It was definitely not new. I got a used guitar in place of a brand new one. It is so badly damaged that the rubber coating on the buttons are all sticky.

I accidently ordered a shoe in a US…
I accidently ordered a shoe in a US size instead of UK size and despite the fact I was happy to pay to return the shoe for a replacement correct size - shoe never worn a I cant get it on my foot the customer service department was not helpful at all and basically said no replacement your fault! Unbelievable - never had this experience before - do not use this company - dreadful!

It said the order would be delivered in 48hrs, then a whole week went by and nothing, I had to call to ask what happened and they told me the item was out of stock. I would appreciate next time they let me know right away instead of keeping me waiting.
