The produce is excellent, and sometimes so much better than supermarket equivalents that it is a revelation - for instance, carrots. The selection in a veg box is excellent, and always very fresh. I love working out a week's menus according to what I get in each week's box. Dried fruit ordered separately is exceptionally good. Packaging is recyclable.
Customer service is friendly and responsive. It's easy to customise your box by adding, cancelling or swapping items. Delivery is efficient and reliable.
For me, nothing could be better than having oranges which have not been sprayed with pesticide 17 times.

The delivery is early in the morning and all items are packed with insulation and ice packs to keep everything fresh. All produce is top quality.

Abel & Cole do everything well - I can't think of anything to say which is not good! The product range is excellent, food quality is superb, deliveries are well organised and reliable, it's rare that there are products which can't be supplied, customer service is helpful, friendly & efficient if there is a (rare) issue. We have been customers for so long I can't remember (decades), which speaks for itself!

I have used Abel & Cole for many years, excellent service and helpful approachable staff. A wide range of goods available and well described on their easy to use website. A dedicated once a week reliable delivery with good communication. The fresh organic/free range A&B options are most likely more expensive than bog standard supermarket options but A&B produce is in my experience very fresh and tasty by comparison. Other non-food eco-friendly items are often competitively priced against the big supermarkets. A great option to have for fresh and eco friendly goods.

Excellent service
This is expensive but the customer service absolutely makes it worthwhile. If there is ever a problem with my order (rare) they sort it and keep me updated. I like the ethics and the fact that I can return packaging for reuse and disposal. Everything feels thoughtful and personal

I have been ordering from Abel and Cole for many years. I am very happy with the quality and availability of the products. Also the customer helpdesk are really helpful and efficient. The deliveries are very reliable and I always receive a text giving me a time slot. The emails from Abel and Cole are always relevant and informative. I am a very happy long standing customer.

Good quality fruits & veggies. Delivered on time and drivers follow the instructions. A bit pricey compared to other company, but this one allows you to swap a few items in the box, which sometimes is very useful!

I've been getting weekly deliveries from A&C for almost 12 years. They have good products, nice organic fruit and veg, a decent range of vegan products and I like that most fresh produce comes loose in a cardboard box rather than plastic bags and trays and the box can be returned the following week so it can be reused..

Very happy with my deliveries. Quality is excellent and the Driver always leaves the food in a safe place and let me know when it’s arrived.

I have been ordering from Abele & Co for sometime now and I'm consistently blown away by the freshness, taste, quality and sustainability of their food. In my case its their organic fruits and vegetables. Unlike supermarket alternatives, their fruits and vegetables taste as though they were picked that morning. The flavours are incredibly vibrant and flavorful. The fruits which I constantly purchase are, organic papaya,organic pineapple, organic peach and nectarine,organic grapes,organic apricots and organic plums all have a natural sweetness that are unmatched. The vegetables are what's in season.

They really do look after their customers, with the occasional discounts, a complimentary gift added to your delivery. The delivery is so stress free and you are kept informed throughout. The customer service is exceptional just like their produce. Definitely highly recommended.
