Did not send me what I ordered, zero communication
Ordered the mystery rugby shirt, sold as being a team or nations shirt worth "£80-80" and got sent a retro cotton fashion shirt which is on the site for £40. Emailed immediately to complain, and then chased that up with another email - still no response or acknowledgement a week later. Poor service all round

Poor customer service
Poor customer service, returned item for exchange, no acknowledgement of return being received weeks ago despite confirmation from carrier. No response to numerous emails sent, and registered phone number goes through to answerphone. Avoid!!

Placed order over a week ago had know updates. Have tried to contact them but had no reply from them.
