Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service - I've sent 4x emails now with no reply over the span of 2 weeks.
I messaged their customer service chat using the pop up button on the website, which then promptly disappeared after a couple minutes and now I can't see the button for chat anywhere. And I had actually previously never seen a chat button before so was surprised when it popped up.
I started a return for 1 out of 2 items in my order and I decided I wanted to return both, but there's no option to cancel the return and include both items in the order.
The items themselves are good and the shipping is fast etc. but would be nice if there was any kind of reliable way to get an answer from customer service.

I purchased an adult British and Irish Lions match shirt and a kid's training shirt. I was told the kids shirt had been dispatched, but the adult shirt was being refunded in full. I emailed them to ask why, but didn't get a response. The main reason for the order was for the adult match shirt.

I have yet to receive my package I am looking for a refund Update the shipping company just informed me they lost my package. I have yet to hear from Absolute Rugby after severel emails to them requesting a full refund of 194 dollars as I am not paying for the 39 dollars for shipping when it’s not my fault the company they chose to ship lost the merchandise

Absolute Rugby, more like absolute shocking service!
Item purchased 14 Sept with 2-5 days delivery. Still waiting on the 3rd Oct. No reply from customer services, despite contacting them through different means ie email & social media. Then an email saying that I’m getting a refund with no explanation.

Really liked the shirt, poor delivery experience
Really liked the shirt, it was a shame that it was thrown over my gate late on a Saturday evening when it was delivered. I did write to customer services and yet to receive a reply.

The order got lost in transit, but to be fair, when I enquired to know the whereabouts of my order I was sent a reimbursement, which I thank and just sorry for this as it had a shirt for my grandson.
