I am previous customer of Giancarlo Mancuso. Years ago I purchased Miele vacuum with his assistance. Needed a new vacuum and searched your website on how to contact Mr Mancuso to purchase my 2nd Miele. Giancarlo provides excellent info on product, is friendly, professional, handles orders quickly. Mr Mancuso is excellent rep for ABT. I sent email to several friends informing them about excellent service and good price offered by your company.

Abt makes it easy to make your purchases and with zero interest financing from Synchrony, large purchases are easy to do. This is where I go first for my camera equipment. They also have gone out of their way to check with camera representatives on delayed product releases.

Bought a grill. Jeremy and Scott were awesome - set up quick and had to lug my grill to a 2nd floor deck and I know that's not easy for these gentlemen. Great guys. Keep hiring people like them and keep up the great work! Sales person who helped me here (Josh Leff) set up whole transaction by chat for me too! He was crazy efficient! Wonderful all around. These are the reasons I keep coming back to Abt over and over.

I ordered $845 worth of Thrustmaster products, order number ABT140346488 nearly 1.5 months ago. The items were financed and I have already been making payments on the items. Now on February 28th the order shows delivered by UPS to Glenview IL. I live in Lakeland Florida. This has been the worst experience I have ever had purchasing items online.

I would not recommend anyone order products from Abt. They obviously do not care at all about their customers.

Igor and umberto were on time. They called an hour in advance They were polite and kept everything clean. Igor took the time to explain all the equipment and detailed the warranty. It’s all working and we are very pleased.

Delivery was right on time. We had a problem with our old vent so the crew replaced it right on the spot. And cleaned up. We can't say enough about how courteous and helpful all the Abt associates have always been. Doubt we'll ever buy appliances anywhere else!

I would strongly recommend that people stay away from ABT. If you run into any performance or quality issues, they will try to force you into accepting their solution to the problem.

There are too many excellent electronic retailers. Sad to say that ABT is far from excellent – or even good.

Placed an order, was prompted after hours to do some type of verification phone call within 24 hours. The next morning (14 hours later) my order was cancelled with a message saying I could only process the order with a wire-transfer.

After a 15 minute call with a fairly rude customer service rep I was informed that my billing and shipping address were different, causing the verification to pop up. No explanation why the 24 hour window wasn't honored, or why I couldn't place an order with a different billing/shipping address.

Asking customers to initiate a wire transfer in 2023? Are you kidding?

I found the same product on Amazon for 10% less and free next day shipping.

Customer Service was Professional, shipping was extremely slow to my area. And my appliances arrived dented. I received a small refund and was processed fast by them. I have to try and fix the dryer as it rubs against the big side dent when its running, I was unaware of the functionality until I used it. Shipping was the biggest problem for me, the problem could be avoided if the shipping company wraps a thick bubble wrap around the appliances to make it safer. I think ABT is a good Company. But the shipping company that was used for me was not careful with other people's property.

Same day delivery, good packaging and notification that my package had been delivered.

I went on line to order a product. It was delivered the same day. I have been shopping at Abt for decades.
If you change your mind or don't want the item, they will take it back and give you a refund without a problem. great company
