I was sceptical about upgrading my holiday insurance on line as it did not seem to give me the information I required before completing the online form. I was disappointed when phoning that I could not just renew the holiday insurance over the phone. The helpful advisor on the phone talked me step by step through the process so I was able to do it on line. So thank you to her.
