Accord Bathrooms-and-kitchens 

I had a kitchen and bathroom done in June this year with accord being 81 years of age they took all my savings and won't answer my calls as my shower doesn't drain away water .at my age this is very concerning on a safety matter I've begged them to fix the issue this company couldn't care less to which ive seeked legal advice this issue won't rest do not recommend this company

We paid near £8000 for our bathroom and initially were incredibly happy with the work and can in no way fault our initial workman. The problems have been ongoing however since our shower got stuck and won't switch between waterfall and handheld. We have been trying to contact Ross for months and although he has replied once saying someone would attend to repair there has been noone come to the house and my emails and call have been repeatedly ignored. Absolutely disgraceful aftercare

Best advice, pay a bit more and get a better finish and Aftercare package.

Absolutely shocking workmanship followed but even worse customer service. I’ve called & emailed a number of times, sent messages to the Facebook account & commented on posts and not one response. The grouting has crumbled away on the flooring and the tiles are lifting, trims coming away, cheap materials used and tarnishing, they removed my vents on the windows & half tiled over them, didn’t fit the extractor fan……. List goes on! Cowboys! A years worth of trying to get a response.

Excellent company to deal with. Very professional. The staff at the shop were informative and knowledgeable. The tradesmen delivered a wonderful bathroom with minimal fuss. I cannot recommend this organisation highly enough. Thank you

I had Accord round to do my kitchen everything is absolutely spot on there boys are brilliant at what they do next to no mess after the rip out of the old one and gave me exactly what i asked for

Just had a new bathroom and en-suite fitted at the same time and the job took only 4 days from start to finish , the team were very pleasant , worked hard and any extras that I asked for were done no problem at all. The old bathrooms were taken away and everything left very tidy , I am delighted with the end results and both rooms finished to a high standard, I would definitely recommend.

Had my kitchen and bathroom done by Accord and I highly recommend this company to anyone needing either a bathroom or kitchen or both done, they tidied as they went I expected more chaos around me as the jobs got done but it was great, workmanship is perfect an excellent finish, very professional and both jonny and Calvin were very polite manerly men, couldn't be happier,

after wet walls and bathroom finished noticed wet wall was defective they took out fittings and put new wet wall on top of defective ones .put fittings back in
now , shower leaking , toilet seat falling off , gaps in wet wall , floor not finished towel rad leaking. supposed to guarantee their work I called and emailed 20 times , no reply
happy to take money but no follow up

We have had 2 bathrooms, kitchen and all the flooring on the downstairs level replaced and we're really happy with everything.

We initially were going to use another company who were going to charge us more for just the kitchen than for the entirety of the work we've had done by Accord.

Additionally, I had asked the other company to cover a piece of wall which they said they couldn't do - Ross and his team did it for me without even asking.

We had a big team in working since we were getting so much done - about 6 of them - and they were all really lovely guys who were happy to help in any way they could.

We asked for several extra bits and the team were always happy to go that extra mile to ensure we got what we wanted, and any little issues were ironed out without the slightest fuss.

Communication is not their strong point - but everything we asked for we got - so even if you don't get a confirmation email - they do take everything in and make sure you get what you want. They are very much a "no fuss" kind of team 😎 they just get on and do things.

Would definitely recommend - nice guys, great prices and good quality of work.

Total rip out with our toilet highly delighted with our end result from bath to walk in shower fully tiled. Johnie & Calum worked none stop finished in 4 days. Would highly recommend this company to anyone. Hopefully getting my kitchen done to in the very near future

First class job! Absolutely delighted with the quality of workmanship when designing and fitting our kitchen. Ross, Brian and Scott were always pleasant and nothing was too much bother. Price was very reasonable too. Would highly recommend.

Cracking bathroom fitter. The guys are reliable and leaves a great job. Down to earth guys and happy to please. I have had these guys do afew jobs and happy every time.

Terrible company to deal with if you have any problems. I have been waiting on a new sink and tap since April 2021. I have left Ross messages sent emails even completed on line enquiry form and still no reply. I did manage to speak to Craig a few weeks ago but still no joy.

From the planning to the building of our new bathroom, everything was as promised. The length of time it took, the price was all up front with no nasty surprises. The quality of workmanship was excellent and everyone we dealt with was friendly and easy to work with. Very important when they are in your home!

I'm absolutely delighted with my new kitchen. The finish is great. Units good quality. And no mess. Turned up on time and finished on time. Five stars from me.
