We were very happy with the work to our bathroom. The only downside is when we have tried to Ross or his company he wont answer any calls. We have tried to i contact him many times & left messages but he hasnt responed. So just be wary if you have any problems don't expect good customer service.

Just had a new kitchen and bathroom fitted by Accord. We are absolutely delighted with the finished product which has completely transformed our dated kitchen/bathroom and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to upgrade. The prices were very reasonable, and the quality of product and workmanship was second to none. Ross and all of his team were extremely polite, helpful, and provided expert advise on overcoming some minor obstacles that were encountered throughout the project. We will definitely be using this company for any future works.

From the start we found the company easy to deal with. The fitters we had were superb. Always left our home clean and tidy. Deserves a gold medal!! The wet room is great. Many thanks

Do not be fooled by cheap prices. From our kitchen ceiling being flooded, wrong taps fitted to our sink which poured water everywhere, young boy lying on our bed and his social worker waiting outside to speak to him and our shower not working properly from day one. Repeated calls to come and correct went unanswered. We had to get another company to replace the shower and taps in the sink. Clearly uses cheap materials. Stewart

First class service for design and installation and aftercare nothing was too much trouble. They were happy to make changes we went along. I would thoroughly recommend

Accord have recently fitted our new Kitchen and bathroom. Right from our first meeting through to completion the whole experience was fantastic and we can't rate them highly enough. They were professional, punctual, polite and really do go that extra mile to offer a personal service. Nothing was too much trouble for them!! The quality and workmanship is amazing. Accord fitted a new bathroom suite and at first sight I was happy with the work that was completed for a reasonable price. After a couple of months I noticed my ceiling was starting to peel. Accord came out and advised the ceiling was defective and would return to replace the ceiling. After numerous phone calls Accord have not returned as promised and wont answer any calls. I feel very let down by the company as they are quite happy to take payment but ignore you when repairs are required.

Amazing experience having my kitchen completely renovated by Accord. I felt constantly reassured and well advised throughout the time period as my kitchen  was previously a complete disaster. All the company’s employees were really polite and respectful. It was a really great service that was provided. Definitely an organisation that we will have carry out our other work in the future. Really and truly can’t think of any constructive feedback, as everything went smoothly and perfectly, and they worked within the time frame given , Thanks Joe

My elderly mother needed her bath changed into a walk in shower and theres no words how thankful i am for the work accord have done, always a little bit worried when its not your own house , but the feedback ive recieved is all good, My mother is over the moon with the job , thanks again

From the start the service from Ross has been first class. The finish and fine detail from his team is of the highest standard which has lead us to be left with a stunning kitchen we are very proud of. We would have no hesitation recommending Accord to anyone wanting a top job done in there home.
