Superb service. Nothing was too much trouble and a selection of worktops and doors with lots of choices, ordering and delivery all went smoothly. Would highly recommend this company. Great customer service all round.

New bathroom installed in August this year. Waited a while to make sure everything was ok before writing this review. The guys were great. Very helpful. Great job. I intend to use them again soon.

Had my kitchen and bathroom done at same time. Happy with bathroom no issues apart from a small leak on radiator.
Kitchen provided was nice however had issues with the quality of fitting and finish such as unsatisfactory tilling with bad grouting, hot and cold taps mixed up, shoddy finish with plastering at skirting boards, left a cut edge on on worktop with no finishing strip on it, leak on radiator, filled 40-50mm holes next to a light switch with builder's caulk and haven't left enough room for fridge to fit back. Would like add I have tried to call and left voicemails for them to fix issues but are ignoring me and won't get back to me, now ive had to go to trading standards about these cowboys! Would not recommend!

Going to leave a quick review for accord as im really pleased with how my new kitchen turned out , i thought that extending my kitchen would be a hassle and very expensive ,after some of the quotes from other places , but with the amount of work and the finish i got ,im super happy , ill be sure to get you back for the bathroom guys

Ross and his guys have been great. Bathroom and kitchen . Bathroom is lovely well finished. Kitchen is beautiful. And the finish is also really good.
Best quality products used in both rooms. Price was very competitive.
Listens to what you want and delivers on it.

Got recommended to accord by a friend who had her bathroom done so decided to finally get it done , really cant stress how happy i am , firstly the price for a filly tiled bathroom is amazing alot cheaper than any other quotes i got , and secondly the workmanship was first class , will definetly be getting them back for the kitchen next year.. 5 stars out of 5

One person does the full refit, which led to crucial errors, sub standard workmanship, and unreasonable timescales. Was a stressful experience. Wouldn't recommend.

Well where to start, firstly let me give you an insight to the job Accord had ,i live in an old country cottage which i was quoted a very large amount to get my kitchen done due to the condition the previous owner had left the property in , phoned up accord and they were more than happy that theyd be able to do the job in the budget and timescale that was said , lets just say i cant believe how well it turned out for only being 5 days work , was actually that happy with it i got my bathroom done the very next week
