ADS gave a quicker response than any other company. Billy and colleague came to my elderly parents block of flats in Leatherhead and put ladders up to the roof (3rd floor height) and found the satellite dish had been displaced. This was repaired in approximately 30 minutes, very happy parents. I cannot praise the guys enough, will definitely recommend them/company again.

ADS came out at short notice for a FreeView aerial that had come loose from its fixing. After discussion, we agreed to have a new aerial fitted to replace the old one (15+ years). We wanted to have the TV on an internal wall of the lounge. We also did not want to see any cables showing.
David came to survey our house and came up with a perfect solution.
Simon and Dave Mitch came to install the Frame TV and the Sound Bar. They were both extremely professional and inventive people and delivered exactly what we wanted. After their installation was over they vacuumed the carpet and left the house as it was before all the work done on the walls.
It is a week since the installation and we are extremely happy.

Jamie and his colleague were very clear and efficient in establishing the problem, very reasonable call out fee and we got them back to do the necessary repairs (new aerial on the roof and cable running down the side of the house) all fitted neatly and they were exceptionally courteous. Communication with staff in the office was also very good. Wholeheartedly recommend.

ADS came to take down an old satellite dish. Called beforehand, explained all the pricing before starting the job, did it quickly and neatly. Very professional and good guys. I will have them back for future work. Thanks guys.

Had an issue with the cable from the dish to the sky box, contacted Sky but they couldn’t get a technician to the house for at least 2 weeks, contacted ADS late Monday and they had Jamie and Mike out on the Tuesday, the problem was rectified and sky restored in under 2 hours. Would highly recommend, outstanding service.

I contacted the Company regarding our ageing TV aerial and received a very prompt appointment. Dave, the Installation Engineer, arrived at the due time and reviewed and discussed the available options with me, setting out the pros and cons of each. I decided on complete renewal and the work was completed within a couple of hours at a very reasonable cost.
Overall service was exceptional and Dave completed the work to a very high standard. His approach was courteous, professional and he inspired confidence throughout. Delighted with the outcome and highly recommended.

Jamie and Mike from ADS were superb, unlike the clowns from Sky TV who repeatedly blamed the cabling and anything else they chose across each of their 4 visits. Jamie's patient style and expertise eventually proved that it was a dish fault, not a cable issue. It had taken 4 Sky visits with 5 different 'technicians' and a 6th Sky Manager to not diagnose the issue. It took ADS (Jamie and Mike) 1 visit to resolve it and hand it back to Sky. Fair play to Ryan from Sky who completed the job and got my Sky Q working. Saga started 8th Jan. ADS 10 out of 10, Sky 0.

Excellent service from first contact with company to final installation. The guys were professional, polite, courteous, and respectful. They knew what they were doing and worked efficiently to complete the job on time and to the expected standard. Would use ADS again and highly recommend to others.
