The engineer named Steve, who came to repair a fault was punctual, knowledgable, friendly, quick and provided a cost effective solution to the problem. He also suggested an upgrade for future consideration. Altogether excellent service.

Yesterday Steve visited our apartment to review our aerial. We had been having problems since the middle of November, half of our channels missing since then. Two other people had been before and we were fobbed off with issues around SKY TV causing our problems. We don't have SKY TV so that was strange. But yesterday Steve identified the problem within minutes. I was told by the agents that manage the building that it might be next week before the problem gets fixed. Then a couple of hours later Steve knocked on my door to say he had gone and got the parts needed and completed the job. I didn't even realise Steve was still around. This was very good news. I found Steve to be courteous, mannerly and efficient. He was genuine, wanted to do a good job and make a difference in solving our problem. Really appreciated his quick and effective response. The booking process was easy and we were given a morning time slot and the engineers’ telephoned to confirm the exact time. Stu and his colleague quickly diagnosed the fault and replaced our aerial. There were a few issues with our old system and they fixed the problems very quickly and soon remedied the historic faults whilst remaining cheerful throughout! I am very happy with the service from ADS. All done promptly, professionally and tidily.

I was very impressed with the service I received. The engineer, Steve, came on time and clearly knew what to do. The weather wasn't that good on the day but he was happy to go on the roof and fix a new aerial. I would recommend the firm without hesitation based on my experience.
