I wasn't sure how my call would go when I rang, but Chanel was excellent. She immediately put me at ease, clearly explained what could be done, and then proceeded to deliver. She managed my expectations with aplomb and was cheerful, positive and professional throughout. Most importantly, she called me back with the results of her work exactly as promised. This was excellent customer service from start to finish.
