I requested a withdrawal from my Aircash account to my BT card on December 19 at 15:48, but the funds have still not arrived as of December 21, 17:09.

This delay is very frustrating, as I rely on these transactions to be processed on time. I have already contacted customer support, but I have not received a clear update yet.

I hope Aircash can resolve this issue promptly, as waiting multiple days for a simple transfer is disappointing and stressful.

Aircash suddently restricted my acces to cash depoits and requested some documents (bank reports and source of money)
I don t have an issue with this request and i submitted all the documents on 12.november

The problem i have with them is with HOW THEY DID IT. They blocked me without any warning without any notice Their app said ‘error. Call customer service’
When calling customer service i found out that the superior department blocked my cash deposit option and they asked me to send them an email to request unblocking so they can reply and ask me for speciffic documents. I asked if i broke any limits or rulles and they said NO. - For me, this is banana republic style…

The 2nd problem i have with them is that today is 3rd of december and after 3 weeks, i have no feedback from them. I also called customer service to ask them to review my docs and call center told me they can t help - it is with the Superrior Department
In 3 weeks they could not read my email. Reading and analising time estimated is about 1h with cafee break included.

(DE) Kurzform in deutsch: meine Bewertung bezieht sich auf 1) den Dienst an sich, 2) das Produkt (die 2.1) Prepaid-Mastercard, die für Fans von Bargeld auch mit Bargeld aufgeladen werden kann und den 2-2-) Airbon, also die GUthaben-Aufladung und schließlich 3) den Kundendienst, der sowohl per Telefon als auch per E-Mail erreichbar ist. Es wird auch deutsch gesprochen, es sei denn Sie rufen an wenn gerade viel zu tun ist, dann kann es sein dass jemand abnimmt und Sie fragt ob Sie englisch sprechen. Wenn nicht, werden Sie wieder in die Hotline zurückgeschickt, um auf den nächsten frei werdenden deutsch sprechenden Mitarbeiter zu warten. Vormittags dagegen kann es gut sein, dass Ihr Anruf direkt von einer deutsch sprechenden Mitarbeiterin abgenommen wird und das deutsch, das ich da gehört habe klang, als hätte es hier studiert.
Und meine Güte, was haben die Leute gemacht, die hier schreiben, die wird nicht akzeptiert? Ich habe mehrere Online-Shops ausprobiert. Wo Mastercard genommen wird, kann man die Kartennummer problemlos eintragen. Natürlich muss das Guthaben für den Betrag, den Sie ausgeben wollen, drauf sein. Und es sollte auch klar sein, dass man das nicht zu einer Autovermietung schleppt oder für eine Hotel-Reservierung. Systeme, bei denen Sicherheiten für Kautionen eine Rolle spielen, brauchen natürlich eine "echte" Kreditkarte, bei der Sie in die Verschuldung geraten können. Genau weswegen ich exakt diese Karte wollte. Ich mag die Sicherheit lieber auf meiner Seite als auf der irgendwelcher Kreditunternehmen oder -karteien (gut bezahlten Karteien).
Ich nutze die Aircash-Mastercard (als Ergänzung zu meiner gut behüteten Girokarte) für hauptsächlich Online-Shopping.
Ein bisschen sich vorher informieren, also überlegen, was genau man damit vorhat und ob das, was man plant, funktionieren wird, sollte das Mindeste sein, bevor man sich irgendwo registriert.

(EN) My review refers to 1) the service, 2) the product (aircash mastercard) as well as (most important) 3) customer care.

Point 3) - customer care - was the main reason why after reading up on them, Revolut and Trade Republic (all 3 offer a free Visa/Mastercard debit card) I went for Aircash. Contrary to those mentioned others, Aircash does have a 3.1.) Phone hotline with human beings on the line as well as 3.2) E-Mail customer service operated by human beings. I tested both, phone and E-Mail. Both are real and work in both languages tested by me (German and English).

The 2.1) product (Mastercard) comes in a cool little leaflet cover and if you do not like to pay for Bezos' next Superyacht you can buy the Mastercard without ordering it on amazon, depending on your location (some seller points in my city have the Mastercard already). And you can contact them directly, E-Mail preferred, depending on your details there may be a way to get the card directly to you via mail (I got mine delivered with DPD).
The product 2.2.) "Airbon" (what the prepayment/debit loading is called) is accessible at least in Germany super easily as they work with DHL, so all paketshops (or Spätkauf mit DHL-Fähnchen) can sell it to you. Yes it may be that upon going to a DHL connected Spätkauf for the first time they will shrug but if you tell them to please look in their DHL system, to press the button for product and then Guthaben/vouchers and then not to scroll to fast they will find it under A - Aircash/Airbon.
(Yes it's not really that complicated but some sellers need help finding it if selling it for the first time.)
The App works fine too. My Smartphone is a bit untypical and there was a small hardware issue with the camera first but I repeated that particular step of the verification process with a different light and a different angle and it worked eventually.
No issues with acceptance observed what so ever for those purposes I planned it for - onlineshopping on pages that accept mastercard. Yes - if you would try to rent a car or hotel room with this then you'd be declined but people usually know this.

I've been using Aircash for three years and I never had any negative experience. It's a reliable app which I can trust with my money. I use the Aircash Mastercard for all payments

I have been an Aircash user since the beginning. The application works correctly, I have no complaints. Card purchases, Google Wallet, deposits and withdrawals, Mastercard card... everything works as expected. The only major complaint relates to the commission rates for certain services (especially cash withdrawals at points of sale) and the limitation to PBZ ATMs in Croatia. I can even understand that because Aircash has to make a living from something, but what I really don't understand and what I would like to see not exist is the commission fee when sending money to another Aircash user (in my example, I am sending money to my son who is a student). For this reason, we both use the services of another provider of the same services for sending money and withdrawing cash, who does not charge this fee. That is why Aircash has fallen into the background. We are not sorry, but we would also like to have Aircash as an option.

Very disappointed with the app. First i did the sign with my name and surname exactly as in my id. Upload the id, upload the video they asked and my account looked ok. They never sent an email if something was wrong. I email them to ask if everything is ok if they want additional information. They never replied. A friend of mine sent me money and everything ok. I tried to sent some money in my sport site i m playing and giving message that my name is different than the site.i check again the aircash app and they wrote my name and surname wrong. I emailed them to correct the mistake they did and no reply at all. And my money still there and i cant even take them back. It happened again in a friend of mine a while ago and while he was asking me not to sign with aircash because of their wrong attitude and never answering problem and i didn't listen to him. Now i have a big problem and they dont even answer.
EDIT:AFTER 2 days the contact me , fixed the issue and giving me a 5 $ bonus. They even called me on telephone.

Don’t waste your time, beside the fact that they never answer to their Phone Line and you have to send me 1000 emails to get a useless, rushed answer, they lying about their promotions.

on their website they promise a registration bonus of 5€ or 25 RON in my currency if you sign up and verify your identity, no topup or invitation needed, just need to download their app using their special link on their website.

I did all of it and when I emailed them about the bonus they said they aren't aware of any registration bonus
