Account on hold, money stolen, nobody answers
The company randomly put my account on hold.
Support on phone is saying they cant do anything and to contact them by email.
On email they are not responding.
I have provided them all documents that they have asked for.
They are illegally holding my money that they would have to release to a new bank account.
They are now holding my 2000€ and not answering, there is also no office where you can go to get your money back from this crooks.
So they let you deposit but they wont let you withdraw your OWN money.

PROFESSIONAL customer care support
Customer care, all of the persons in the team are extremely efficient and they are capable to resolve any kind of problem.
I was deceived from a part of one american private company, they took the money from my Aircash wallet, without my permission.
The support team resolved immediately the issue at my favor.

Great app and service
Great app and service, been using it for over a year now and overall experience is great. Customer service is always available and answer all questions in shortest time possible. Also the online payments and in-person payments with Aircash credit cards is great. So far no issues with the card or the service, and with each day new options and possibilites become available through the app majing it ever more usefull. I can only recommend the Aircash for everyone.

Simple and efficient service and application
A simple and secure application that allows you to quickly pay bills and transfer money. Bar code scanning makes payments and transactions easier. A great option is the ability to send money to your aircash account from your own accounts and cards for later payments. A receipt is issued for each transaction. Customer service has proven to be fast and efficient so far.
Currently, in my opinion, the most convenient and best type of service and application for bill payment and money transfer.
