Fantastic banking experience
Fantastic digital bank, easy to open an account, a very intuitive app. The nicest thing about it is getting a bank card - you buy it at a newsagents' in Croatia and you can activate it immediately by using it on an ATM. Absolutely love using this bank!

Can’t even withdraw the gift that I won
I am very dissatisfied with the outcome of the competition. The other four winners received significantly larger amounts than I did, which seems completely unfair considering the difficulty of predicting the exact minute of a goal. I believe that, given the nature of the game, I should have received a larger prize.
On top of that, I cannot even withdraw the amount I won, which adds to my frustration. This situation feels unjust, and I expect a better resolution to this issue

Amazing customer service and fraud protection
A recent experience left me so impressed by AirCash customer service that I had to share my experience.
I have been using AirCash for the last few years for all my online shopping, as an added layer of security. Recently, I was a victim of fraud, when two unauthorized transactions were posted to my account. But thanks to the transaction notifications from the AirCash app on my phone, I was very quickly made aware of the issue and called Customer service immediately. I was answered promptly and the agent was amazing! Kind, patient and extremely helpful. They helped me cancel my card, walked me through the process of emailing for a refund. And when I ran into a snafu, and had to call again for an update and more help, the second agent was equally wonderful and helpful. Within an hour or so of that second call, I received an email update, with a form to fill and return, and within a couple of hours, the money had been returned to my account!
I am truly amazed at the high level of customer service that AirCash provided at every step of the way. Truly a rarity these days! Hats off to AirCash, and my most sincere recommendations!
