My children and I have cards for the same account. Very easy to use. Customer service surprised me after the internet mishap. They quickly sided with their user and solved the problem. I will recommend the application and cards to everyone.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience using the Aircash app. Recently, I fell victim to a scam where I lost 60 EUR while trying to purchase a second-hand branded bag. Despite my attempts to resolve this issue, Aircash's response was disheartening and unhelpful.

First and foremost, it is alarming that Aircash does not have any effective fraud protection measures in place. My transaction was authorized through the app, and yet, when I reported the scam, Aircash simply brushed it off, stating that they are not responsible for transactions between users. This is unacceptable for a financial service provider.

Moreover, the customer support team's advice to contact law enforcement was equally unhelpful. When I approached the authorities, they dismissed my case, citing that they handle more significant fraud cases involving much larger sums. Aircash's failure to provide any form of protection or recourse for their users is glaringly evident here.

The irony of the situation is that this was my first and only transaction through the app, and it ended up being a scam. It is deeply concerning that Aircash allows known scammers to operate on their platform without taking any substantial action to prevent further incidents.

To add insult to injury, Aircash suggested that I take my complaint to the Croatian National Bank or the Chamber of Commerce's mediation center. This bureaucratic runaround is not a solution, especially when dealing with such a small yet impactful loss.

The bottom line is that Aircash's lack of robust fraud protection and their indifferent approach to customer complaints make it a risky and unreliable service. I strongly advise potential users to think twice before trusting their money with this app. Until Aircash steps up and implements proper security measures, it remains a haven for scammers. Stay away!

I had my account blocked for no apparent reason. I have the amount of €574.15 in my wallet, I have already sent all the documents that asked to return my money over a week ago and they have not returned my money. I do not recommend!

Very good application, customer service working perfectly, and someone wanted to use my money, my card was immediately blocked so my money is still in my wallet.

Jednostavno je..oni sve imaju što treba nama običnim ljudima..

Aplikacija brza jednostavna funkcionalna..
Kartica na Tisku je 5 € bez čekanja u banci i komplikacije oko pin.. Na aplikaciji je zablokiraš i odblokiraš kad god želiš..
Nikakve provizije za bilo šta..
Sve usluge plaćanja računa besplatne što niti jedna banka nema..
Uplate isplate ili slanje novca u roku odmah bez bankarskih provjera i ograničenja..
Kupovina putem interneta najjednostavnija i bolja od svi banaka koje sam koristio do sada..
ONI SVE mogu pa i prisiliti prodavača na povrat novca kod ne isporuke pošiljke što su meni napravili na čemu sam im iskreno zahvalan..
Da je bilo plaćeno preko banke nikada nebi bio vraćen novac niti bi banke htjele to da rade..poslali bi me Narodnoj banci..kao što mi se dogodilo.
Staff (Lidija, Ivan i ostali) je uvijek na dispoziciji a stupanj sposobnosti ljubaznosti i korektnosti je neuobičajeno veliki da sam u početku mislio da glume.

my account was blocked with 864 euros, those from aircash asking me by e-mail for proof of the amounts of money that were deposited in my account. even though I sent them a bank statement and several proofs with bank transfers, the assistant does not respond to my emails. if they refuse to unlock my account what happens to my money? I hope they solve this problem quickly because it's already been a week since my money was blocked. I refuse to believe it's a scam!

I had a horrible experience with a website that I thought was legitimate. I put in my order and received a notification that my order was delivered which it was not. After countless emails with no response I contacted aircash they provided me with the actions I was to take. After a relatively short time I received a refund on my purchase.
