SUPER APP
I love using Aircash Mastercard for online shopping because it isn't connected to my bank account so I feel safe. Also I use the app for paying my utilities bills without fees!

Great app
Great app, I use it for paying my bills without fees and have the Aircash card and like it very much because there are no maintenance costs neither for the card or account. The customer support is extremely helpful and always available. Recommend it👍👍👍

Aircash app must be the best app ever. I am using it for paying bills, buying Playstation coupons, paying parking etc. Moreover, the customer support is really fast and reliable. They solved my problem and answered my questions in a couple of minutes. Really really cool and super app!

Great app with best customer service
I have been using the app for 3 years now, with no issues, everything always works great. Love the online vignette buying for some European countries, it is really practical.
Recently I had an issue when paying online with the Aircash MasterCard but the customer service was quick to respond and explain where the issue was (it was the merchant, I later tried other cards and the payment also failed). They really helped me understand, even if I didn’t get it at first, they were really patient and respectful.
All the best for the app, the functionalities it offers and for their customer service.

I can't withdraw my money to my bank…
I can't withdraw my money to my bank account, it says my IBAN is invalid. I tried Raiffeisen Bank IBAN, Revolut EUR IBAN, Revolut RON IBAN and it says my iban is invalid, they dont answer emails, this is 100% a scam, I will call my bank tommorow and take any legal measure to get my money back.

false advertising + borderline scam
says you can charge up card with debit card - you cant.
when i wanted to withdraw money to my bank account it says i can't withdraw less than 15€. okay, charged it up to 15€. now it says i can't withdraw more than 14€. now tell me, what amount CAN i withdraw that is less than 14€ but more than 15€? exactly, NOTHING. what an absolute joke.
customer support is basically a yes/no bot that will not be able to answer anything with any complexity. never have i given up so fast on a business and i suspect the operations are more of a semi-legal scam than anything else.

No refund, useless customer service.
Bought a card. Right away after deposit my account got blocked. I was asked to send bank details for refund. After that no replies to my emails. When calling customer service, they just say it is not their responsibility to answer emails (isnt that what customer service means?) Been waiting already 3 weeks. Called Today again, they just said, that dont know anything and financial department will contact me. Terrible experience, useless customer service. Do not advise anyone to do anything with this Company.

Problems with app & bad customer support
Recurring problems with the app, unable to make a bank withdrawal. Worst experience with customer support, the help is lacking and they stop answering emails when you need help.
