Proper scam! They said the order will be shipped within 4-6 working days, nothing…I have messaged twice to check when will it be shipped as I need it for Christmas. I was given same automated messages. “Shipment will be prepared soon”. Asked them to cancel the order and asked for a refund which got completely ignored. “Shipment will be prepared soon” then after second attempt of cancelling I was told the order was shipped. Guess what. 4 days and the tracking says “shipment being prepared” so the items will definitely not come before Christmas as they haven’t even been dispatched yet. I have initiated a chargeback with my credit card company as this is nothing but a scam! Then they have the audacity to ask for a feedback on their customer service. What a joke!

Very poor quality, all cheap stuff from China. Wanted to cry when I opened it and saw the quality. Even packaging is crap.
On top of it, had to wait 1.5 month to get first deliveries (all comes one by one) and half of it still hasn’t arrived. Had to pay extra on each delivery (appr. 10 dollars/package).

At least online customer service is responsive, but other than that I would never recommend. Will send it all back once all will arrive - at my expense, ofc.

Ordered 5 T-Shirts. Only 2 were delivered. Support doesn't help.

Rip off company, you'll get half your order at best. Terrible customer service and no phone number to contact them. I've been waiting for nearly two months and they just use repeated stall tactics.

I’ve purchased 3 items one month ago, since then nothing, absolutely nothing, no shipping, no tracking, no answer to my emails, no news from the live chat. I think the good reviews here are fake. Disgusting way to loose your money

What a great company to business with. The products are high quality and one of a kind. My order did have two small issues but I reached out to customer service and they sorted them right out. Very impressed with the personal attention from the customer service department.

Recently I purchased an Airportag cover for my passport and also an identification tag for luggage. As a frequent traveler, I have seen a lot of travel products and find most to be unimpressive, so am rarely tempted to buy any of them. By contrast, Airportag products are cleverly designed, colorful, useful, and sturdy. I would highly recommend them for anyone who wants to get a smile out of their travel experience.

This is such a cool and unique item. It seems very solid and durable. The printing is good quality. They had so many fun options. I am very pleased with my choice.

Very nice materials, looks and fell very sturdy it will protect my documents very well, the design is very nice just what I was looking for!

I very much like Airportag and buy lots of stuff from them. The items are of high quality, and I very much like the the aviation-oriented design. I have mainly phone cases, watchbands, luggage tags, and pouches. All four types of products are satisfying and well-built. I particularly like the "tough" line of cases with the additional rubber liner.

I bought few products like iPhone passport cover, boarding pass iwatch strap & airport-one wireless iPhone charger, it’s all so stylish ‘ I love it, more than I like it, my friends envy on my purchased items…👍👍

Poor quality items. Unprofessional customer service. Ordered and paid for three item and received no shipping update for two weeks. Emailed for status only to be told a "glitch" in the system didn't process my order but they DID manage to charge my CC. Printing on pouches is poor quality and blurry and rep said she checked with warehouse and they stated it met its "standards." Additionally, numerous loose strings impeding the zippers on 3 of the 4 bags and had to cut them off just to close the pouches.

Offered me a $5 gift card - no refund - and left with no choice but to use on yet another purchase; a glasses case that will not zip closed with only two glasses cases in it despite buying the second largest pouch available. No size references or images on the website to help determine which size pouch would work best.

After several back and forth emails, was able to get on a call with a rep that advised she agreed with my frustration and offered to replace all four pouches. Then she follows up two days later RESCINDING that offer and telling me I have to pay to return the items at MY cost for a refund. What a joke of a company!!

One and done customer here, buyer beware. Buy anywhere else but here.
