Rubbish

Provider not answering phone on arrival for departures. I was left paying for a longer tariff in the orange zone. Tight but just made it to my flight in time.
Actually ended up not saving anything much compared to parking in the onsite park.
Airportcheapparking avoid
This company advertise parking however they Do not tell you you have to pay for entry and exit out if airport until parking has been confirmed .AVOID AT ALL COSTS WE WERE HOT WITH £26 OF ADDITIONAL COSTS AFRER OUT RECENT PARKING AT STANSTEAD .......
Dreadful experience. DO NOT USE!!
Dreadful experience! DO NOT USE! Don't be fooled by the cheaper price as you have to pay the £10 barrier fees both ends anyway so you save nothing. We had to wait 15-20 minutes on arrival for someone to come and collect our car. On our return, we had to wait a whole hour for them to return the car to us. The driver then proceeded to curb the car, damaging the wheel trim and when challenged by my partner, he just walked off! Definitely don't use!!! They are not affiliated to the airport at all - only use the actual meet'n'greet as offered by the airport. I swear your car will literally be left on one of their mates driveways somewhere in Milton Keynes!!!!
Overall stressful experience
Not even sure where to begin. This experience has left us seriously stressed out and we almost missed our flight. Although we called 30mins before arrival, they arrived 40mins (total of 70mins after the initial call) after the agreed time. There was no proper check in, no receipt for dropping the keys with them or any other form of proper check in. Given you give them your car this felt really unsafe. They were also dishonest. Every time we called them they said they were only 5mins away, which was clearly wrong.
On the way back we called them as soon as we touched down. Again, they said they’ll be there 30mins later. Which again, was not true. They arrived more than 90mins later.
Also, they advertise all expenses included which again was dishonest. They expect you to pay the parking fee (twice!) which is each another £7.
Stay away and pay for the valet service directly from Gatwick Airport. A bit pricier but less stressful experience.
Horrendous
Rang when we landed to request car to be returned, 3hours later after 15phones calls and been told 3 different locations to go to we got the car back. Had to then pay to leave the car park which should have been included in the price. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Disappointing Delays and Missing Items—Not Worth the Premium Price
I had a very disappointing experience with Sure Parking’s meet-and-greet service. After my flight landed at 12:30 a.m., I texted them at 12:40 a.m. with my car details. Despite multiple follow-ups by text and call, my car wasn’t delivered until 1:26 a.m.—nearly 50 minutes after I first contacted them. I was able to track my vehicle live on my phone, and I saw it was switched on about 40 minutes after I got in contact. What made it worse is that a case of Red Bull went missing from my back seat, which was shocking, as I expected my belongings to remain untouched. While the drop-off was quick and smooth, this delayed return was completely unacceptable. I chose this service to avoid a long drive, but it was slow, disorganized, and careless. In fact, a park-and-ride would have been much faster, as shuttles run every few minutes. I would not recommend this service.
It is an absolute scam - completely inconsiderate
It is an absolute scam.
"Safe Meet and Greet Limited" Stansted
The price for the Short stay parking must be added to the overall cost or it will get lost in the small print. I (together with at least 3 other people) waited at least 20 minutes for our car to be collected, even if we all called 30 min prior as per instructions.
At arrival I had to wait 1 hour for my car as there was no driver despite having specified the time of arrival.
Very nerve-wracking not knowing where my car was being taken, waiting before flying (worring about missing my flight) and at arrival very late at night. Completely inconsiderate, I felt very unsafe. They should not be allowed to operate.
Fantastic service
Fantastic service, I booked for the wrong airport and they changed it to the correct one, no problem, got my email through straight away so worry over. Thank you
Cowboy operation... avoid
rang ahead but no body there to take car
then when they did show I pointed out that I had been waiting ages and the guy told me I was disrespecting him so went back to sit in his car... £7 cost was eventually £20, total cowboy operation... avoid unless you enjoy additional cost and stress when you go to an airport
Quick and easy
Comparing different providers and booking the meet and greet service was so easy.
Booking was very easy
Booking was very easy! Easy web site, simple payment. if they are as good on the day, it will be perfect.
Very disappointed about £10 extra car…
Very disappointed about £10 extra car park fees that came up with T&C after I’ve porches the parking
It should be mentioned before booking
Meet, greet and keep you waiting!
Booked a number of times with meet and greet companies, always telling you to call to collect your car, as soon as you have your baggage, as sometimes it can take up to 30 minutes to receive your vehicle.
This rubbish, not once have I received my vehicle in under an hour, after making the call, every time I have been left waiting and having to call the number again, to be told that mine is the next vehicle to be brought by the next driver available.
90 minutes this trip, 120 minutes last trip.
Dropping the car is easy enough, as all the drivers are waiting to meet and greet you, but now they have your car, you can wait until they are ready.
Not again!
Do your research on the companies that Airport Cheap Parking recommend
Using Airport Cheap Parking to source options wasn't a problem. The problem was who they recommended. I booked a Meet and Greet service at Stansted with Safe Meet and Greet. The drop off and collection was quite easy (maybe I just got lucky) but my car was returned to me in awful state. Clearly it had been parked in a field as both the exterior and interior was covered in dried mud, it was such a mess that I had to get the car valeted. In conversation with them now but don't hold out any hope of them coming up with an acceptable solution. Do not use under any circumstances.
Cheap for a reason—hidden fees and terrible service. Avoid!
I chose New Farm Parking because of the low price, but it ended up being a massive headache. Here is why you should stay away:
Hidden Charges: They lure you in with a low base price, but then demand an extra £20 for the shuttle to the airport for every car owner. By the time you pay this "mandatory" fee, it’s no longer a bargain compared to professional parking lots.
Appalling Customer Service: The staff on the phones are incredibly rude. I missed a turn and arrived just 10 minutes later than planned, and I had to deal with a man literally shouting at me. They have zero respect for their customers.
The "Mud Pit" Lot: The parking area is a disaster. It is completely covered in deep mud. Expect your shoes, clothes, and eventually the inside of your car to be a mess when dropping off or picking up your vehicle.
Significant Delays: Don't believe any "quick transfer" claims. Expect to wait at least 30 minutes for the shuttle to even show up, followed by a 20-minute drive to the terminal. You need to factor in at least an hour of buffer time just for their logistics.
Bottom line: Unless you enjoy being shouted at and walking through mud, do yourself a favor and pay a little extra for a reputable airport parking service. I will never use them again.
Not impressed
Not impressed. Booked Bristol Park and ride. Discoverepoat booking that parking wasxtop far away and an extra £8.50 each way transfer fees payable on arrival. Cxd booking. Fees are not transparent at time of Qoute.
50 miles added to my mileage and my car…
50 miles added to my mileage and my car was being driven all around even to leisure location. Cheap but do not leave a car you love with them! They’re fraud!
Good pricing and booking experience
In terms of the pricing and booking experience I can’t fault them. We have used the site before and had an overall positive experience hence using it again. It is undoubtedly a very competitively priced portal an always worth a try. I would recommend a look. I’ll report later on the actual parking experience and subsequent customer experience
am extremely disappointed…
am extremely disappointed with Airport Chip Parking.
The waiting times were incredibly long and completely unacceptable. On top of that, when I got my car back, it was absolutely filthy — much dirtier than when I left it.
This level of service is not adequate at all, especially for a parking service that should offer convenience and reliability. I am giving only one star because it’s not possible to give zero. I will definitely not use this service again and I do not recommend it.
