went out of there way to help when we where late due to traffic

Everything went smoothly – my car was in perfect condition with no scratches. The drop-off and pick-up from the airport were seamless.

When I went to drop my car off, they were so long in picking it up, I ended up missing my flight

They say call half an hour before and it took nearly an hour

On my return, they say call half an hour before and again I was waiting nearly an hour

I have used this parking company at least 3 times and every time I am impressed at the ease and efficiency of the service . Highly recommend!

Lovely people no waiting around for us there in plenty of time and picked us up strait away soon as we landed. Will be using this company again 😀

If I could give it no stars I would. Absolute astonishing service. Firstly, they were late to pick the car up so I waited over an hour despite calling them numerous times, meaning I was late for my flight.
Secondly, once the guy had arrived he was wearing a run down tracksuit, and no apology and asked for the keys. When I had asked for his ID he said he didn’t have any ID, had no documentation, no receipt to say he’s taken my car, no paper work to ensure that there’s no damage to the car prior to picking it up. When questioning this he started being rude, tried to ignore it as we were getting late. The booking email we received stated we needed to give the driver £8 fee so he can exit the car park, so we proceeded to give him the £8 but he wanted more. We then called the company to discuss this and the person on the phone started being rude and swearing in his language. Appalling behaviour. We then decided not to give him our key which was a wise decision as we later found out from airport staff that they take the car and park it up in a random field. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, unless you want your car robbed and ragged around.

No negative impact.
Car picked up and brought back in time,without any delay.
Phone was answered on time.
Car brake pedal and driver mat was bit dirty with mud i think the parked open area.
Apart from that everything was ok.
Driver doesn't want show their license and doesn't want to give their full name as well I think they can change that policy

I booked parking for 2weeks 21/0-05/08/2025 I didn’t know that is using Holiday Inn Hotel parking and not a proper parking space.No office wear to leave your car keys just a person doing their business in the back of his car.I was aware of moving my car but when I received my car back was full of birds poo all over and when I questioned the guy just lift his shoulder like ,,what you want me to do,, no apologies.
When we come back I called after I picked up our luggage and I been told that is take 30 min ,we waited 2.3h due to road traffic’s??

Good service, good and easy place to park, good travel to airport

Really easy and quick to book.
Clear instructions to call 25 mins before arriving at airport, and the guy was already there.
Same clear process on return, even when we returned at 3am.

Best that I have used. They were there waiting when we got there and took only 10 mins to come when we got back. Great service

internet,phone signal it's a bit poor from my provider in the area...
It was a bit tricky to find the return flight details...but with understanding staff (no hassle)was really helpful..
I was a bit worried not getting in time, but all good in the end.

We have been using this service for the last 5 years and each time they have been fantastic, quick and easy to drop off and collect car. Give the number a call and they are there when you get there

The airport changed the location of Drop and Go recently, but the company hasn't kept pace with this change. The instructions were poor and difficult to relate to the new signage at the airport. There are big signs to the new "Transport Interchange" which you need to follow, but this wasn't mentioned. I suggest someone from the company walks the route that a passenger would walk to the Drop and Go point so it can be described properly. When I called the service as instructed after baggage reclaim I though they might send my car (it taked 15 mins) but this didn't happen until I called 30mins after I arrived at the pick up point. So I was wainting 45mins. When I got my car back the seat had been adjusted to the lowest setting but this wasn't mentioned to me.
