Very disappointed with the service and product quality. I ordered a screen protector, but what I received was a thin peel-off plastic film that offers no real protection. When I raised concerns and clarified this before installation, the seller still insisted on returning only the peel-off film — which is like asking someone to return the plastic wrap on a new phone for a refund. Completely unreasonable.

The so-called "magnetic strip" in the listing turned out to be just a cheap sticker, and the overall product quality was poor. Communication was unhelpful, and my feedback was met with dismissiveness rather than support. I had to place another order elsewhere to get a proper screen protector.

Not recommended.

AJ Parts could not have been more helpful.
They have fefunded the part and supplied (fingers crossed!) the correct new part (Laptop screen).

Old one £140, new one £20 something. Refund due in up to 10 days, whatever, it was my mistake!

I purchased the wrong LCD part number, I emailed them with the correct part number and they exchanged the screens the same day. Excellent service and a good price.

I had a great experience purchasing a laptop display from this company. The display arrived exactly as described on their website, and the quality is fantastic. What really stood out was the excellent communication from the seller throughout the process. They were responsive and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again!
