Great cooperation

I bought a replacement Charger for my ASUS laptop from AJParts via Ebay, but had forgot to check the size of the male pin that goes into the laptop(My fault). I decided to look up their number and contact them directly. The person I spoke to Ashu could not have been more helpful. Yes they deduct the cost of returning the initial charger that I had bought, but they do state this . So lesson to be learnt ask questions and it will cost you less. All I had to do was give Ashu the make and model of my laptop and the next day I received it.
I would definitely recommend using AJParts. I know if I need anything else in the future I will contact them again.

If I could give zero stars I would and advise anyone to avoid this company. They did not answer my advance queries on their chatbot. So I looked for an exact look alike adapter on their website. They sent a different but similar item to the one on their website. When challenged they said the item requested was out of stock, but the website said in-stock. They then say the item is only suitable for ASUS not Samsung, although I have used one for years. Irrelevant, I just want the one in the picture attached to my order. Then they refuse to pay return postage for a refund. They can't lose. They expect the customer will either go away or they get the item back to sell again - while the customer ends up paying three lots of postage - more than the price of the item. The way they treat you as a customer is poor they just don't care. I award zero stars.

The courier smashed my delivery and AJP sorted my issues straight away. I had another out the next day.

I bought an item via eBay, and it was fairly priced and delivered quickly. It subsequently developed a fault, but I was immediatley sent a postage paid label to return it, and had a full refund within 72 hours of posting it back. Great service.

Excellent service. Ordered a Dell Thunderbolt Dock on 23rd Dec fully expecting it be delayed with limited Christmas courier. I was called on Christmas Eve to say their usual courier couldn't pick up and deliver in the stated period, would Royal Mail 24 be ok. Perfect for me. It arrived 27th, the next available RM delivery date. Packed well and the unit is spot on. Pretty much plug in and good to go. And a significant saving on buying direct from Dell. Great customer service - would definitely consider buying from them again.

I've bought parts from AJParts through ebay and Amazon before but this is the first time I've ordered directly from their website. I was unsure of the actual part number I was after, so I used the Chat support to chat with Shivam who was very helpful and confirmed the part I needed. I placed the order and the part arrived the next day. It took me around an hour to swap out the part (Acer P215 top cover and UK backlit keyboard) and I'm now typing this on the laptop! Less that 60 quid to repair my laptop vs 400 quid for a new one. Absolute no-brainer and it couldn't have been easier thanks to AJParts. Highly recommended.
