Just had an Alarm Panel replacement / upgrade completed by Faisal today. Had my new Comm3 fitted today to accommodate new digital phone line.

Work carried our by Faisal who arrived on time explained what work needed to be done then carried out very efficiently. Checked all was working before leaving.

I would be happy to have Faisal come again to my house.

Been using AMCO for about 7 or 8 years now. Had them out to connect up new sensors, commission a new system, replace batteries and check for faults. Engineers that have visited are always polite, informative and helpful. Engineer Faisal who visited this month, was exactly the same. Re-checked the phone line as I’d accidentally cut the cable, installed a new battery and checked it was working. Cleaned up afterwards as well. Would highly recommend using them.

AMCO took over from our previous supplier a year ago and have been excellent. Routine service today was easily booked. Maiwand the engineer turned up on time, was very polite and efficient. He checked all aspects of the system and explained everything clearly.

Able to explain issue with keypad over the phone and arrange call out at a time that worked for us. Was given a quote for a replacement part but also able to supply our own part to be installed by the engineer to save cost. Engineer Faisal was very quick with his time and able to install the replacement part and complete full system test whilst explaining where the faults had been and what he had done to fix them, all in a short space of time.

The engineer , Maiwand, was so polite. He worked very hard from 9 am til 5 upgrading the alarm with no lunch break. He was a clean & tidy worker, even hoovering up afterwards. Would thoroughly recommend

Maiwand came out to me on 27/05/25. He promptly fixed the internal speaker that had stopped working. He was polite, efficient and skilled.

Engineer Faisal again carried out my annual check. Extremely polite and helpful. 10 out of 10

Faisal attended on time and swiftly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Very pleasant and capable engineer.
