Continually have to go around the employees at the back of the store talking about company business or other employees, while frozen goods sit in the middle of the aisle all day (boxes were warm to the touch) and later find that the very same items were frost bit when finally placed in the freezer. Staff (except for cashiers) seem put out if you need something and they are either all taking inventory of what is on the shelf or they are stocking shelves during the busy business hours., Taking my business to Walmart in Rock Springs WY

The Albertson's Pharmacy on Ryan St., Lake Charles, La. Is Awful!!! My Dr. submitted a Rx. to them on a Thursday & I called today(Sunday) & the girl said they would have to order it & it wouldn't come in until Tuesday. Mitchell Simon is the Worst pharmacist!!! He's Rude, Arrogant, Uncaring... I've been with Albertson's a long time but I'll be looking into changing to another one who appreciates my business!!!

Same old problem. The app for digital coupons is terrible. My guess is - covid hit and programmers retired, then all new programmers and now I can’t even clip a deal and it will never show up on “the list” to push a radial button to actually buy it. I am going back to Walmart and Costco. Get it together please.

This review is about Albertsons Pharmacy particularly the location closest to me in Albuquerque NM. I have to say that the entire staff here are really really great. Every time I'm there when I pick up my meds, they make me feel like family, always address me kindly by my first name, which I love. I feel like they always know me and am welcomed like a good friend. I'm always asked how I'm doing. They always remember to ask if I would prefer to have my meds mailed to me. Other pharmacies I've used in the past made me feel like I was just a number and couldnt care less about to ask me how I was doing. Many Kudos to Albertsons Pharmacy near me!

I was overcharged plenty of times. Just tired to stand in customer service line and return things. They pretty bad with customer service and cheating people. I going to go to another store not Albertsons anymore.

Clearance items. Help to save money on every shopping list. Many different products daily.

Why can’t we get sale price without having to use your app that we don’t know how to use. Seniors have a hard time doing a lot of things and a sale should be programmed in all registers so we all get sale price if we buy it. Help us so we what to shop there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to the Albertsons on Via Linda and FLR in Scottsdale. The chicken breasts were on sale and I like it cut long ways because they are so thick . I wert to the meat dept and a sign says we will be happy to make your special order (or something along those lines). I asked for the breasts to be cut long ways. Douglas immediately told me no I cant do that. I am NOT allowed to do anything with these. He told me if I wanted something special to go over by the wall and they have special cuts there. I asked are they 1.67 just like here. He said no. He went out of his way to not help me. That's what i call great customer service. You would rather loose revenue then help the customer. HHMMM. I then proceeded to the front desk to talk to the manager. I believe his name was Rick. i waited some time and was on lunch from work. He explained to me that when they are on sale like that we normally don't do anything to them just sell them. He said I can get you those the way you would like them. I told him no I have been here long enough. You lost the revenue and a customer. Get it together. Here's a concept try to help the customers they will come back. I will be telling my friends about this experience.

Have always shopped the Albertsons in Williston North Dakota. Clean store great meat dept,Bakery..Produce.Deli.. Today, I went in did my shopping had a question.The girl working at the self check outs was rude unfriendly just hateful. After 30 years of going to Albertsons .I dont think Ill be gping back again

We were passing through Missoula, MT, and stopped at Albertson's on Reserve Street for a few things. When we got to the checkout, the "sale" items weren't on sale for us because we had to sign up ahead of time for that privilege. And when we tried to use the coupon on our sales receipt to get a discount on a gasoline purchase, you have to sign up ahead of time for that, too, according to extremely fine print. Apparently Albertson's wants to discourage business from people who visit from out of town.

The cooking at Albertsons Ina and LaCholla sucks. Chicken tenders were burnt.
Safeway at Ina and Oracle is great!

Total bait and switch on sale prices.
The App is a pile of 💩 even though the cashier tried to help me I still wound up, paying a lot more than the prices listed on the sales with each item. What a lousy excuse for a grocery store.

It’s too difficult understanding the app. When you click on an item you think it goes in the cart but actually it needs clicked on another time. How many people don’t know this!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered something for delivery on-line through the Albertson's website. After waiting four hours for a two hour delivery, I called the store. "There were too many items out of stock so they decided to cancel the order. They get issues with corporate on out of stock." However, they never called, texted, or emailed...."the notification service is backed up, I think."

Your service is excellent, the only problem is that your on shelf prices are quite often not the same as your in register price! This happens quite often and is really an inconvenience to the customer! My wife and I shop here several times a week and have noticed this happening more and more! PLEASE NOTE! 🙏🏻

Albertsons is alright. The one by my home is anyway. I live in Idaho. Pharmacy isn't the best but it's not the worst either. Their customer service sucks...but they do have a lot of dick head teenagers running in and out...constantly. Their theft is high so prices are pretty up there. Our Albertsons is on a bleh side of town.

I went to buy hamburger buns at the Coeur d Alene, ID store. The only visible package felt stale. It had no expiration date on it. I bent down in back of shelf many more all with obvious expiration dates in bold letters on the front. This seems obvious they cleaned off the date on this package intentionally to sell a stale product. If it hadn't felt so stale, I would not have looked for a sell by. Not the first time this Albertsons has done this kind of thing. I do not know if it's just the Coeur d Alene store or a corporate policy.

It seems that Albertsons at least in Sheridan WY. put product on sale and the vast majority of the time carry only minimal amount of the sale item. In most cases enough for 1 to 1 1/2 days. Unless of course the product is about to expire in this case there is an over abundance. This to me is bad business and poor service to the customers who made Albertsons the success they are today. Maybe it would be good to consider where Albertsons would be today with out our money. Any good business would not put product on sale with out having enough inventory to back it. Especially doing this on a regular basis. I am talking years. This is my first negative review of any company ever, but this has become unacceptable. I have heard so many excuses. There is no excuse for continued poor service. Poor service = bad business. I am very likely to take my money to a more customer valued business. Also I get marketing. Put a popular item on sale. Draw them in and sale just enough in belief people will purchase other regular priced items. More $ for Albertsons. This still equals to poor customer service and value. You value our money and not the people.

I went to Albertsons in Broussard Louisiana with my newborn baby I’m a first time mother had her with a c section.Me and her father was out shopping and we headed to checkout line.My baby started to cry so much as all baby do.We was trying to check out quick as we could.The cashier was so rude she started rolling her eyes because she was aggravated with my new born cry so unprofessional I wanted to slap her this white lady with glasses was so rude then she took deep breathes and started shaking her head!!!!

I have been a Safeway FreshPass member since November 2021, which cost me $99/annually. YET, I continue to receive the LOWEST and most APPALLING standards of service.
April, 2022 - I discovered that the $5 monthly credit that I am entitled to, by being a FreshPass member, was NOT being credited to my account properly. It took NINE DAYS to resolve this matter, after I was forced to email the Director of Customer Service at Albertsons/Safeway and the EVP and Chief Operating Officer · Albertsons Companies.
July 22, 2022 - I placed an order for over $125 at approximately 7:30AM PST and was promised delivery between 5-9PM PST. At 3:08PM PST, I received an email from Safeway that my order had been shopped and was on time for the promised delivery time. By 8:55PM PST, I contacted Safeway's customer service to inquire as to WHERE WAS MY ORDER!!! After over ONE HOUR (on Chat as well as over the phone), NO ONE could explain to me 1) where my order was, 2) when I could expect my order or 3) how Safeway would satisfactorily resolve their failure to provide the service that they had been paid to provide.
Today is Sunday, July 24th and I was awoken with a notification from my credit card provider that the charge of $126.21 had been processed through my account for an order that I NEVER RECEIVED and had notified Safeway of that very fact!!! So, no problems with their payment/billing department taking consumers money, but HUGE problems with their employees getting out PAID FOR products to those consumers!!!!!
I encourage and URGE anyone who is having issue with Safeway and/or Albertsons to:
1) CONTACT:

2) Formally document complaints with regard to your experience(s) with either of these grocery stores over email, as your proof
Let's make Safeway/Albertsons DO BETTER by consumers, ESPECIALLY during this economically stressful time when people are struggling to survive! Who can afford to have their monies placed on hold while Safeway/Albertsons figure out how to EFFECTIVELY do business??!!!
