Excellent products and value in my weekly shopping experience. Good selection of organic produce and other organic food items. Courteous and helpful staff. Clean and well managed stores. No long wait lines.

Buyer Beware; Albertsons app
I selected coupons in the app for various
discounts totaling $10. When I got home I
realized I was overcharged by $9. This has happened multiple times and I'd had enough. I contacted Albertsons online Customer Service department. The email I received back offered no solution other than to tell me to wait 5 minutes to make a purchase after selecting a coupon. This canned response and kernel of information did not apply as the coupons had been selected and scanned much longer than 5 minutes before purchase.
I replied twice to the message and received no response.
I am so done with Albertsons.
