Reluctant to refund their error
Paid for next day delivery £7.99 and delivery went 2 days past the due delivery date. Company reluctant to give refund of delivery charge as per their “terms” and offered “points” reward scheme which requires either a very expensive order or multiple orders in order to make back the delivery charge. It has taken 29 emails back and forth to try and resolve. Borderline scam techniques.

I have bought from these guys for a while now and never had an issue. Mistakes do happen and my recent order part was incorrect. Contacted customer services and with in a couple of days of reviewing my order, they are sending out the product I never received in my order for bo additional cost to me. I had sent them pictures of what I got so they knew my issue and I can't complain how my situation was resolved. Thanks again

Horrible customer service and Always Late delivery
Horrible customer service. If you want next day delivery or just want it quick DO NOT BUY from here. paid extra for next day delivery, then 2 days later they sent me an email asking for ID when i already sent my ID the first time i ordered. They then ignore all my emails asking where my order is. It then ended up coming around 6 days later. Many of my friends have had the same problem. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING FROM HERE!

Customer service is great (thanks Evan). I had some issues with delivery that weren’t Alectrofag’s fault. Both the response given and response time have been great.
I order from here frequently and the dispatch and delivery time is very quick.
